Container port is an important connection point in the international supply chain.It has the characteristics of concentrated resources and complicated external environment.Due to the constraints of investment scale and geographical space,berths and quayside Bridges have become very scarce resources in the scale of port operation,and their scheduling schemes directly affect the operation efficiency and effect of the wharf.Therefore,how to allocate berths,how to allocate reasonable quay Bridges and the number of ships,and how to reduce the time of ships in port are all problems worth pondering in the operation process of port container terminals.In this thesis,based on the research history and development status of the container port berth and quay bridge joint scheduling system,aiming at the container berth berth and bridge joint scheduling problem under the continuous berth layout,four kinds of berthing rules are established according to the berthing mode,and the heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed by Matlab to obtain the best scheduling scheme and berthing rules.Firstly,this paper analyzes various possible causes and operation processes of berth allocation and quay bridge joint operation scheduling,introduces the berthing modes of container ports,establishes corresponding berthing rules,and establishes a multi-objective mathematical model of berth-quay bridge scheduling,which aims at minimizing ship’s time in port,production cost and penalty cost,and considers the dynamic arrival of multiple ships.Secondly,a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed for four kinds of berthing service rules of container ships.By using the improved algorithm,chromosome segmentation coding,crossover,mutation and gene repair operations are carried out.At the same time,the berthing service order of ships is appropriately adjusted according to the priority level of ships under the condition of first-come-first-served.Finally,the effectiveness and scientific nature of the rules and algorithms are verified by numerical examples,and the optimal solutions of different berthing rules are compared and analyzed.The total target fitness function value of Rule 1 is 0.6120,which is the maximum value among the four berthing rules.Therefore,the optimal scheduling scheme and berthing rules are obtained,namely: When a container ship is making berthing plan,it should berthing within its feasible shoreline,preferentially select the closest to the preferred position,and only select one berthing position each time.This paper provides guidance for optimizing operation plan of container port terminal.
