| After the epidemic basically ended,China’s economic development ushered in a new era.The " Belt and Road" construction is crucial to building a new pattern of China’s economic development.At present,the new land-sea channel in the west has become an important window for deepening the two-way opening-up of land and sea and promoting regional economic development and has strategic significance in the regional coordinated development and double-cycle development pattern.This article takes 15 provinces and cities along the new land-sea corridor as the research object.The first step is to screen all variables that evaluate and affect the efficiency of highway logistics,and compare and analyze the EM interpolation method and regression interpolation method with the selected GAIN interpolation method,and fill in the missing values of all variables with the GAIN interpolation method with the best results;The second step is to use the EBM model to evaluate the static highway logistics efficiency of the Luhai New Passage,and the GML index to evaluate the dynamic highway logistics efficiency of the Luhai New Passage;The third step is to analyze the spatial aggregation effect of the new land-sea channel based on the highway logistics efficiency value obtained by the model evaluation,and use the global Moran index,local Moran scatters plot,and LISA agglomeration map to explore the highway logistics efficiency along the new land-sea channel from the time and space dimensions;In the fourth step,the dimension of the index system affecting highway logistics efficiency is reduced through factor analysis,and the factor spatial regression model is constructed by combining factor analysis and spatial regression model to reveal the influence mechanism of dimensionality reduction index on highway logistics efficiency.The results show that: 1)Compared with regression interpolation and EM interpolation,the effects of the three interpolation methods are in the following order:GAIN interpolation > EM interpolation > regression interpolation.The results show that GAIN interpolation is the best and uses it to fill in the missing values of all data.2)From the overall situation,the efficiency of road logistics in the areas along the new land-sea corridor shows a fluctuating upward trend in 2012 and a downward trend in 2018 due to the impact of the epidemic.However,with the accelerated implementation of various policies to ensure smooth flow,production,and people’s livelihood,logistics demand is expected to improve,and the industry boom tends to rebound.3)From the result of efficiency decomposition,there are great differences in the development and promotion of highway logistics efficiency among 15 provinces and cities in the new land-sea channel from 2013 to 2021,with efficiency improvement in some years and technical efficiency improvement in some years.The spiral growth mode is used to promote the development of highway logistics efficiency in the new land-sea channel.4)There is a significant spatial positive correlation between the highway logistics efficiency along the new land-sea corridor.There are more and more provinces and cities with new land and sea channels in "high-high" and "low-low" gathering areas,which further shows that the provinces with high(low)road logistics efficiency are easier to gather in space.From the perspective of spatial aggregation,the "high-high" type is mainly in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Shaanxi Province,Guangdong Province,Hunan Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Guizhou Province,Chongqing,Hunan Province,while "low-low" type is only Hainan Province.5)Through the research and analysis of the efficiency of the road logistics of the new channel of the land and sea through the spatial panel econometric model and the spatial spillover effect decomposition,it is concluded that the efficiency of the road logistics of the new channel of the land and sea is related to the development of the road logistics industry,the utilization of the resources of the road logistics industry and the guarantee of the road logistics industry.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward: 1)give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating highway logistics resources,improve logistics marketization,and create a professional logistics market.2)support the development of regional information platforms among different regions and improve the informatization of highway logistics and the intelligent level of big data.3)strengthen the rationalization and standardization of the utilization of highway logistics resources and improve the utilization rate and efficiency of highway logistics resources. |
