Abstract/Summary:
Energy is the material basis for human survival and development,and it is also a matter of national security.The distribution of energy resources in China is characterized by more in the north and less in the south,rich in the west and poor in the east,and there are obstacles of flexibility and economy in long-distance energy deployment.Integrated energy system has the characteristics of localization,flexibility and reliability,and is an important path to realize energy revolution.Integrated energy system aims to realize the unified planning and operation of multiple energy sources such as electricity,gas and heat to achieve the purpose of efficient energy utilization.However,integrated energy system is a network system with strong coupling,non-linear and multi-dimensional characteristics,and the solution of its operation and scheduling and market trading optimization problems are very complicated.With the construction requirements of the new power system and the gradual promotion of marketization,the scale of the integrated energy system based on photovoltaic and wind power generation is gradually increasing,and the interest relationship between the integrated energy system and its internal and external related subjects is becoming more and more complex.Therefore,this paper considers the asymmetric game relationship between integrated energy system operators and energy users,and carries out research work on the pricing strategy and optimal operation of operators,as follows.(1)Considering the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of different energy forms in the integrated energy system,a typical architecture of the integrated energy system with multiple interests including external energy supply system,integrated energy system operator and energy users is constructed;the model construction and characteristics analysis of various types of equipment in the integrated energy system are carried out.(2)The interest relationship between internal and external stakeholders of the integrated energy system operator is analyzed,and a master-slave game model is established based on the Stackelberg master-slave game with the integrated energy system operator as the leader and the energy users as the followers;the pricing strategy and operational characteristics of the integrated energy system operator under information symmetry are solved by using a genetic algorithm nested with a Gurobi solver.The dynamic game process and equilibrium solution process between the pricing of integrated energy system operator and the pricing of energy consumption of customers under the information symmetry are analyzed with the example.(3)Considering the characteristics of asymmetric information between IEO and customers in the real market,we introduce the information gap decision theory and robust game to study the influence of the degree of information asymmetry on the pricing results of IEO,obtain the quantitative relationship between the degree of information asymmetry and the optimal pricing of IEO,and propose a robust pricing strategy for IEO considering the degree of asymmetry.pricing strategy considering the degree of asymmetry.The results reflect that the degree of information asymmetry will distort the normal equilibrium between integrated energy system operators and customers’ energy use behavior,and the degree of information asymmetry reflects the information rents obtained by operators through excessive pricing.The results show that the excess profit increases with the degree of information asymmetry,which will provide a reference for regulating integrated energy system operators to exploit the information advantage for excess profit.
