With the continuous improvement and development of our country industrial technology,in industrial production and manufacturing,the demand for tube parts gradually increases,a large number of tube parts are widely used in various fields,and the requirements for tube parts are becoming higher and higher.Pipe fitting will bring errors due to manufacturing,can not meet the design requirements,affect the normal use,the need for precision straightening.At present,scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on straightening-related theories,but with the technology blocked abroad,the research on the straightening technology and straightening equipment of pipe parts in China needs to be improved and cannot meet the requirements of intelligent straightening.Based on the above situation,this research takes pipe parts as the straightening object,and studies the straightening process of pipe parts,based on the basic theory of straightening process,the characteristic results of different stages of straightening process of pipe fittings were completed,and the straightening stroke prediction model was optimized,according to the straightening example,combining with the existing straightening equipment,the straightening process expert system is designed,improve the straightening efficiency and provide theoretical basis for intelligent straightening system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1、Summarized and analyzed the research status at home and abroad on straightening of pipe parts,including straightening process,straightening equipment and expert system,is,and summarized the problems of alignment pressure point,fulcrum combination and alignment stroke calculation of pipe fitting.2、Study the straightening process of pipe fitting,according to the basic theory of straightening process,the straightening characteristics in different stages are analyzed.The theory of three-point reverse bending alignment is studied,the pressing process of single radian pipe fitting is discussed,describe the three phases,and the stress and strain of the straightening process are analyzed,select the appropriate pressure point support combination for different bending deformation of pipe fittings,determine the straightening step sequence,and obtain the corresponding straightening method.3、Study the straightening machine downward pressure,determine the appropriate straightening parameters,by using the improved fuzzy neural network method,the alignment stroke prediction model is established,analyze the experimental data of straightening stroke,the straightening parameter index is taken as multiple input,and the straightening downward pressure is taken as single output,and the predicted value of straightening stroke is obtained through training,testing and experimental verification,realize the accurate prediction of alignment stroke of pipe fitting.4 、 Design the straightening process expert system,complete the basic structure design of the expert system,propose the similarity evaluation method,calculate the overall similarity and local similarity of the straightening system,analyze the requirements of the straightening database,get the entity relationship model of pipe fitting straightening,and on this basis,design the corresponding data dictionary.Provide the software design scheme for the subsequent straightening expert system of the design pipe parts.5 、 Design the straightening process expert system software,divide functional modules of the straightening process expert system,users operate through system modules,for the straightening pipe fitting,users input specific parameter values according to known conditions,search the database,match through case-based reasoning,invoke the result of straightening instance reasoning,and apply it to the straightening site for verification,which improves the efficiency of straightening and plays a good guiding role.
