In recent years,with the continuous development of general machinery industry,especially the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for shaft parts is increasing.Axle parts as one of the important components in the transmission system of automobiles,motorcycles and motors,the axis of which will be bent in the manufacturing process,especially after the heat treatment process,affecting the normal use.The Straightening machine is the key equipment to solve the above problems.Due to the late development of the straightening machine in China and the blockade of related technologies abroad,the internal straightening machine has only realized the automation of the straightening process at present.The adjustment of straightening tooling and the setting of straightening stroke all depend on the experience set of technicians,which takes a long time to debug,and the efficiency of alignment is low,far from the ideal production rhythm of enterprises.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems.Based on the theory of three-point anti-bending and straightening,combined with the existing straightening equipment,the straightening process of shaft parts is studied and an effective decision-making scheme of intelligent straightening process is worked out.The main content of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The characteristics of straightening technology for shaft parts were analyzed,including the influence of combination of pressure point and support point on straightening process and straightening step sequence on straightening process,and an ideal straightening process evaluation method was put forward.(2)This paper analyzes the method of determining the basic stroke of the traditional straightening,and puts forward an automatic determination scheme for the basic stroke of straightening.First of all,the comparison and selection of the two kinds of straightening basic travel schemes are made;secondly,the selection of pressure sensors and the design of connection tooling are carried out.Finally,the method of small step progressive loading is used to realize the automatic determination of the basic stroke of the straightening.(3)The realization method of intelligent straightening technology decision-making,puts forward intelligent straightening technology decision making process;introduces the reasoning mechanism of intelligent straightening technology system;straightening processparameters evaluation method,introduces the calculating method of local similarity calculation method of overall similarity;Put forward the evaluation and modification method of the example suggestion solution.(4)The software design of the intelligent straightening process decision system,the construction of the straightening process database system and the software realization of the similarity calculation.The selected products are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the solution retrieved from the method described in this paper has a guiding role in the straightening process compilation of new products.
