Diagnosis Expert System have been widely used to meet the aviation equipment of all life, and the whole system-wide cost management. As a military aviation maintenance worker, I deeply understand that the development and improvement of diagnostic expert system for urgent needs. As the background to the RMA (Revolution in Military Affairs), aviation equipment maintenance based on the study of intelligent fault diagnosis expert system. The main research work and results are as follows:1. This paper introduced the expert system and the research methods. In view of aviation equipment characteristics of the fault, an integrated intelligent diagnosis method is put forward, which exerts an integrated intelligent diagnosis strategy to remedy the disadvantages of the single diagnosis method, Based on the combination of Cases-Based Reasoning, Rule-Based Reasoning and Fuzzy Reasoning of fault diagnosis method. Through integrated reasoning strategy and uniform harmony mechanism, it can improve the diagnosis capability and efficiency, increase the efficiency of mechanical equipment maintenance, simultaneously also may carry on training to the new person.2. The Intelligence Fault Diagnosis Expert System for aviation equipment is composed by CBR module, RBR module and Fuzzy module. The researches into the method of fault diagnosis using CBR was conducted and key techniques, including the case development, case representation, case retrieval, adaptation and retain, were investigated. The case representation was discussed in detail, and a case retrieval model of combing the character field match with the KNN (K-nearest neighbor) method was established and applied.3. RBR model was conducted knowledge representation and rule inference, a diagnosis mechanisms based on rule inference is describe in detail, introduced the programming method with CLIPS and C++Builder.4. This paper introduces the theory of fuzzy model. This article studied Intelligence Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Aviation Equipment software to realize.
