Research On Monumental Landscape Design Method Based On Narratology

Memorial landscape is the material carrier that can best reflect the city’s human history and uniqueness,and is an important place for the city’s collective memory and social commemorative activities.It can promote the formation of civic consensus and national cohesion,and also has multiple values in culture,economy,ecology and other aspects.Therefore,all over the world have invested a lot of financial and material resources to build commemorative landscapes with their own national characteristics.With the rapid economic growth of our country and the continuous improvement of national strength,the emphasis on spiritual civilization and cultural construction is also increasing,but at present,it is not perfect in theory and practice,and has not met people’s high aesthetic requirements.This paper introduces narratology theory to make the focus of design not limited to form and technique,but also to arouse people’s attention to the purpose and intention of memorial.It is a breakthrough attempt to commemorative landscape design to solve the existing problems.This paper first discusses the research background,purpose and significance,and briefly describes the current research status of narratology and memorial landscape at home and abroad,as well as the main content and methods of this paper.By studying the related theories of narratology and the concept,classification and spatial layout characteristics of memorial landscape,combined with domestic and foreign narrative theory achievements and excellent practice cases,the paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of narratology.This paper summarizes the ways of constructing the narrative path of memorial landscape,the ways of generating narrative vocabulary and the ways of using narrative rhetoric under the theory of narratology.Finally,taking the memorial landscape design of Liaoshen Campaign in Jinzhou City as an example,the author conducts field research,understands its historical background and application status,and puts forward specific design strategies and suggestions to optimize the design by clarifying the theme of the memorial landscape,expressing the memorial emotion,systemizing the memorial landscape structure,and reconstructing the memorial scene.And combined with the site to form a unique situation node.Hope to have some reference value for the innovation of monumental landscape design method.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the basis of the combination of narratology and monumental landscape...
