Research On The Service Design Strategy Of Jiarong Tibetan Village Dwellings Under The Background Of Cultural Tourism Integration

The Jiarong Tibetan ethnic group is a descendant of the Jialiang Yi ethnic group,which is located in the Dadu River and the Jinchuan River basins and integrates multiple ethnic minorities such as the Qiang,Tibetan,and Di.Jiarong Tibetan is a mysterious ethnic minority with unique cultural characteristics that distinguish it from other regions.The traditional settlement of Jiarong Tibetan particularly highlights its distinct ethnic cultural and artistic characteristics.In this paper,the service design involved in the renewal design of Jiarong Tibetan village houses can effectively strengthen the interconnection between people,things,environment,behavior and society,and provide users with high.quality services and experience by integrating various relevant elements,with a view to contributing to the diversified development of cultural and tourism integration in Jiarong Tibetan areas.This article starts from the update and utilization of Jiarong Tibetan Village’s residential service experience,and attempts to take Zhonglu Tibetan Village as an example to construct a service system and process,in order to provide reference and reference for the update of residential service experience in similar ethnic areas.Considering the sustainable development of residential buildings in various aspects such as service experience systems and cultural value enhancement in the context of the times.The introduction section elaborates on the research background,current situation,value,significance,innovation points,and paper framework of this article;The second chapter discusses the current development status of Jiarong Tibetan Village dwellings,connecting with the following text and extracting the development status and update opportunities of Jiarong Tibetan Village dwellings from field research,in order to clarify the practical problems that this article aims to solve;The third chapter further constructs the service design model of Jiarong Zangzhai dwellings by deeply analyzing the concept,principle,process and method of service design theory.On the basis of the service design model of Jiarong Zangzhai dwellings,the service of Jiarong Zangzhai dwellings is investigated and analyzed systematically from the three core elements of people,service and environment,and the service design needs of Jiarong Zangzhai dwellings are summarized,providing theoretical support for the following service design strategies.The fourth chapter,through in.depth analysis of the deep needs of all users in the context of cultural and tourism integration,proposes the service design strategy of Jiarong Tibetan village residential buildings from the three levels of demand and positioning,service and value,perception and cognition.In terms of demand and positioning,it is necessary to grasp identity and differences,and enhance the ability to "seek common ground while reserving differences" in residential services;In terms of service and value,it is necessary to effectively guide and create a multi.platform service model,combine multiple needs,continuously innovate services,and thereby enhance service value;In terms of perception and cognition,through the creation of the five senses,the perception feedback of Jiarong Tibetan Village residential areas is enhanced.On the basis of the perception improvement,the environment is constructed through behavioral triggering,emotional activation,and relationship building,thereby achieving the goal of cognitive shaping.In terms of the service design strategy of Jiarong Tibetan Village dwellings,the service design strategy is also proposed from the universality and particularity of the three core elements of people,service and environment,which can be better applied to Jiarong Tibetan Village dwellings.The fifth chapter,combined with practice,takes Zhonglu Tibetan Village as an example to carry out service design practice.On the spot survey and field investigation of the current situation of Zangzhai dwellings in Zhonglu,we can sort out the goals of service design and determine the goals of service design;Build user profiles,journey maps,service system diagrams,and service blueprints;Propose targeted spatial update design plans for Zhonglu Tibetan Village residential buildings;Finally,through the evaluation method of service design of Zhonglu Tibetan village residential buildings,test the user feedback,so as to achieve the circular evaluation logic of service design.
