| Shortwave communication is one of the key components in the current high-tech information warfare.Although shortwave communication has a long history,it is now being replaced by microwave,optical cable and satellite communications.But in some special occasions and special fields,short wave communication still plays an important role.Shortwave communication stations,for example,remain one of the main means of ensuring communication in the military,maritime,aviation,broadcasting and in extreme cases.To test the key technical indexes of military short wave communication radio is the main method to judge whether the radio is normal and working well.In a long period of time,the test task of key technical indicators of military radio was handed over to professional communication personnel to manually measure with multiple universal instruments.However,with the continuous development of military shortwave radio,its working frequency band is constantly improved,and the way of communication is constantly changing.As a result,some common instruments can no longer meet the test tasks of higher frequency,higher precision and more communication modes.Moreover,the method of using multiple general instrument test stations often has some shortcomings such as inconvenient carrying,tedious operation,long test time,high professional threshold,poor universality and large test error,and it is difficult to meet the basic requirements of radio communication equipment guarantee maintenance test convenience,rapid test and accurate test.To solve these problems,a test system of military short wave communication radio based on embedded system is designed in this paper.The system not only integrates the test function of the key index required by the universal instrument,but also realizes the function of miniaturization,automatic test and historical data storage.The operator only needs to connect the required modules according to the regulations,select the radio type to be tested,and click the indicator to be tested on the operation interface to quickly and automatically complete the test task.In this paper,starting from the test function of military short-wave communication radio,firstly,the composition of each part of the test system is analyzed in detail,and then the components are selected according to the actual functional requirements.Finally,the performance indicators of each module are tested and the corresponding calibration and improvement are made.When each functional module calibration improvement meets the requirements,these modules are integrated into a PC computer.The automatic test of radio station can be completed by writing automatic test software of upper computer.The experimental results show that the test system can meet most military short-wave communication radio test tasks. |
