With the development of society,the water cycle presents the characteristics of’dual nature and society’more and more obvious.In order to satisfy the development of urban economy,the natural law of water cycle has seriously affected by the driving force of human society,resulting in many water problems such as water shortage and water environment pollution.Hence,a threat happens on urban water security.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period the protection and management of water security are an important tasks of Yunnan Province.However,water resources problems are main developing restricts of Kunming and Qujing,as important economic cities in Yunnan Province.Meanwhile these two cities are cores of promoting water and strengthening Yunnan.The diagnosis of urban water cycle health is an important measurement of sustainable development.Therefore,a water cycle health evaluation index system in plateau mountain cities was established under the situation above.Based on the weight of subjective and objective combination,comprehensive index method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were adopted to evaluate each link of water cycle health in Kunming and Qujing from 2016 to2020.The research objectives and results are shown as follows:(1)Literature review of water resources and water cycle in Yunnan Province have been done by VOSVIEWER tool.Current research field distribution in Yunnan Province has been analyzed.The results show that there are many studies on sustainable development of water resources,but there are rare studies on water cycle.And the correlations of existing results are very low.In addition,there are lots of research on the health water cycle assessment theory applied in urban areas based the analysis of research targets,dimensions and regions.But the applications on plateau mountain urban area are rare.(2)The routes of water cycle in plateau mountain was analyzed.Based on the existing intention of health water cycle and combined with the regional situation of plateau mountain,the paper states the health state of urban water cycle from the four sub-processes of water sources,water supply,water use and drainage.A plateau mountain water cycle health evaluation system with 16 indexes was constructed based on industry standard and previous researches.And the evaluation standard of health water cycle in plateau mountain was presented.The key factors affecting the health of water cycle in Kunming and Qujing were discussed by combining subjective and objective coupling method(AHP and entropy weight method).The results show that water resource per capita is the most important index,indicating that this index is the key factor of health water cycle in Kunming and Qujing.(3)Comprehensive index evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to diagnose the health status of each index,dimension and target in the health water cycle evaluation system of Kunming and Qujing from 2016 to 2020.The index evaluation results show that the health status of the four indexes of water resources per capita,groundwater supply ratio,water supply capacity per capita and effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water are poor in Kunming.In the health water cycle evaluation of Qujing,the health status of four indexes,namely,per capita water supply capacity,effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water,water consumption of ecological environment and drainage pipe density of built-up area are poor.The results of dimension and objective evaluation show that the two methods are highly consistent in the two regions,and the results obtained have important reference significance.Therefore,during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,The health water cycle health of Kunming was in a critical health state,and the score showed a trend of fluctuation and increase.The weak link was water source dimension.The health water cycle of Qujing improved from critical health to health state,and the score showed a steady upward trend.The weak link was water use dimension. |
