Research On Old Resudential Space Design Based On Toughness Theory

The design renovation work and research work of old houses are mainly to improve the overall level of old residential buildings.Improve the overall performance of old residential buildings by means of structural reinforcement to improve seismic resistance,add insulation layers and add elevators,and improve the public quality of residential buildings.The research on the internal space of old residential buildings is mainly based on the design angle of suitable for aging,or improving functionality,etc.,and insufficient consideration is given to emergency disaster prevention,but in recent years,various epidemic crises and disasters have broken out frequently,and many safety risk problems have been exposed due to insufficient emergency disaster prevention response conditions for old residential spaces.Therefore,in the era of frequent epidemic crises,people should pay more and more attention to the emergency disaster prevention construction at the level of old residential space,and improve the anti-crisis ability of old residential space.This paper first summarizes the relevant research situation of resilience theory and old residential space renewal design at home and abroad,and clarifies the design of old residential space under resilience theory,so that residential space can achieve:effective crisis prevention before crisis response;Respond positively to crises in times of crisis;After the crisis,it can be repaired in time and transformed before the next crisis response,and through such a circular system process,the old residential space can acquire the ability to cope with the crisis disaster,so that residents can obtain a healthy and safe living space environment.Based on this,this paper combines the components of old residential space to construct a specific resilience system model of old residential space and conducts research to guide the solution of the problem.This paper takes Qingdao as an example to investigate the housing in four old communities in Qingdao City,Shibei District and Shinan District,and finally summarizes and analyzes the current situation.On the basis of the current situation,this paper proposes and solves the resilience theory under the resilience theory of the old residential space design principles,four key principles,namely the principle of demand orientation,the principle of coordination and reserve,the principle of flexibility and adaptability,and the principle of sustainable development,and puts forward five coping strategies based on the principles and problems obtained from the research,namely:identifying variable areas for interior optimization,coordinating space layout to meet emergency needs,carrying out space composite to create diversified spaces,reasonably introducing interior parts to improve space quality,Restore normal operation of the interior system to ensure the safety of living.With the help of domestic and foreign flexible interior technology support and the guidance of resilience theory,the resilience design of old residential spaces is carried out,so that old houses have the ability to cope with crisis pressure.So as to ensure the health and safety of the residents and obtain a comfortable and beautiful living environment.It is also proved by the design practice of old residential cases.Finally,the article summarizes and looks forward to the full text.
