Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Spatial Vitality Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Based On Multisource Data

Historical and cultural blocks have witnessed the evolution of urban morphology and social life,and with their unique sense of place,they carry a city’s long history and culture,both material and intangible.With the rapid development of urban society and information technology,the lifestyle has changed,and traditional historical and cultural blocks cannot meet the needs of modern use.The vitality of the block space has withered,and there is an urgent need for revitalization.Multi source big data such as mobile signaling,OSM,and POI have been widely used,featuring bottom-up,wide coverage,fast updates,and detailed granularity,breaking the limitations of traditional data and providing a new direction for studying the dynamic development of historical and cultural neighborhoods.From the perspective of spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks,this paper takes zhongshan road in Qingdao as an example,and discusses the impact mechanism of spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks from two aspects: theoretical and empirical analysis.In theoretical research,by combing the related research theories at home and abroad,the concepts of multi-source data,block space and block space vitality is defined,and the four dimensions of block space vitality,its objective composition,time,space,volume,attractiveness were constructed,as well as six evaluation indicators,namely development intensity,space size,transportation accessibility,functional diversity,historical richness and environmental comfort,which were composed of 14 evaluation factors of block space vitality.In the empirical study,based on data such as Baidu Thermal Map,Street View Map,and POI,software such as Arc GIS and Depthmap 10.0 were used to conduct quantitative analysis and qualitative comparative analysis of the spatial vitality and its influencing factors of the historical and cultural blocks in Zhongshan Road,Qingdao,using kernel density analysis,natural discontinuity analysis,and spatial syntax.SPSS method is used to analyze the correlation between the main manifestations of spatial vitality and the objective composition of blocks.According to the evaluation results,the indicator factors affecting the spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks are selected,the positive and negative effects,advantages and disadvantages,and the laws of change are analyzed,and the impact mechanism of spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks is determined.At last,combining with the historical and cultural characteristics of the research area,this paper puts forward the strategy of revitalizing the spatial vitality of historical and cultural district.The research believes that people and their activities are the fundamental reason for the generation of spatial vitality in the historical and cultural blocks,which are reflected in both the main performance and objective composition of spatial vitality.The main performance of the spatial vitality of the block is mainly manifested through the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of people in the block,with the laws of time fluctuation and persistence,as well as the laws of spatial aggregation and change;The objective composition of the vitality of the block space is reflected in the accommodation and attraction of the space to people.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the attractiveness factors of a block have a deeper impact on the spatial vitality of the block,and their performance is more obvious on rest days.In the later stage of the renovation and reconstruction of the block,it is necessary to focus on reviving the spatial vitality of the block by enhancing the various indicator factors under the attractiveness dimension.
