The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy.At present,Chinese construction enterprises to enter a situation There’s no making without breaking.promotion of "BIM technology",is regarded as the main means,compared with the traditional construction,which is no less than a revolution,it also reflects the China commitment to self-help construction enterprises..In the construction process of large-scale or key projects of housing construction,the use of scientific management methods will achieve the goal of half the effort.BIM technology based on 3D digital technology,the integration of various types of construction engineering information engineering data model design and construction work together,a variety of building information to deal with the right.Is an application method of digital design,construction and management,through the application of BIM technology can be avoided,so the professional exchange shortage caused by the conflict,can be found in 2 D was not noticed the height of the conflict and other interface conflicts,reduce cost,changes waste extra.This paper is based on a project in Tai’an library,based on the theory of BIM technology,realizes the application of simulating the construction process,the completion of the project model,3D field cloth,construction schedule simulation,each major collision,formwork and scaffold and visualization tests,material consumption,contract management,rendering production map integration,to provide reference for the application of public building construction bim.The library of Tai’an in a project,introduces the application of BIM software in the project construction process,were introduced by Revit,Revitmep,lumion,Navisworks,BIM-5D,3D software such as cloth,scaffolding,complete the construction model,mechanical model,structure model,the overall effect of roaming general construction,roaming,3D field cloth,construction schedule simulation,collision,the professional scaffolding visual disclosure,material consumption,contract management and other integrated production.And then focus on two aspects of the management of schedule and cost compared with the traditional construction,embodies the advantages of BIM technology,finally the whole process of application of Library Project in Tai’an,a brief description of the application of BIM technology in the whole process of construction and benefit.
