With the development of high-tech and the continuous innovation of higher education methods,college students in the context of economic globalization are required to possess comprehensive,professional,and efficient comprehensive qualities.With the continuous attempts of higher education reform over the years,the concept of academy based education has become the mainstream reform trend in contemporary society.A large number of existing campuses are affected by factors such as politics,economy,and culture during the establishment of the school,facing problems such as outdated planning models and outdated building facilities.It is urgent to carry out the transformation and renovation of academies.The design and creation of campus space under the academy system is the hardware foundation of the reform of the academy system in universities.Accurately updating the existing campus space through the academy system is the key to the reform of the academy system in universities.In this context,this article focuses on the study of "academic campus space",explores the subjective needs of academic transformation and updating based on existing campus space,proposes corresponding design strategies and specific methods,and provides a certain degree of reference and reference for the sustainable renewal design of existing campuses in China.This article is mainly divided into the following three parts for discussion:The first part is the research on the basic theory of the academy system and the classification of space.It provides an overview of the current research status and background of the academy system education system and the academy system campus space,and conducts a classification study of the academy system campus space from two aspects: planning and architecture,providing an architectural theoretical basis for subsequent research in this article.Composed of chapters one and two.The second part is a study on the spatial demand characteristics and main needs of the renovation and renovation of existing campus academies.Based on the perspective of students,this study investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of academic campus space from four dimensions: overall evaluation,communication activities,functional organization,and spatial perception,and analyzes the subjective needs for the transformation and updating of existing campus space into academies.Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the space demand of "domain demand","privacy demand","autonomy demand","humanistic demand","leisure demand" and the main demand of "compound variability","reachability" and "suitability" of the transformation and renewal of the existing campus academy based on communication activities and space feelings,supplemented by functional organizations.The third part is the spatial design strategy and practice for the renovation and renovation of existing campus academies.Based on the theoretical foundation and data support mentioned above,a design strategy for the renovation and renovation of existing campus academies is proposed,which includes "module adjacency-convenient and natural communication","composite variability-sustainable innovation and development","spatial hierarchy-diverse and complementary integration",and "functional support-complete functional units",And the design methods of "restructuring and planning spatial layout","strengthening academy culture","changing architectural form",and "updating architectural facilities".Taking the Shibei Campus of Qingdao University of Science and Technology as an example,we will carry out the design practice of transforming and updating existing campuses into academies.It consists of the fifth and sixth chapters of this article.Starting from the perspective and behavioral patterns of students,this study delves into the spatial and subjective needs of students for the transformation and updating of existing campuses into academies.It explores design strategies and methods for accurately carrying out the transformation and updating of existing campuses into academies,with the aim of providing certain reference and reference for the design of the transformation and updating of existing campuses into academies in China. |
