| In recent years,China has advocated the concept of high-quality development and green sustainable development.The construction industry has continuously promoted supply-side structural reform,accelerated the high-quality development of the industrialization of new types of buildings,and realized the industrialization of new types of buildings to promote the development of the whole industry chain of the construction industry in the direction of informatization,greening and wisdom.The“BIM + industrialized building” model has become a key element in the current construction field to achieve the deep integration of informatization and physical architecture,and it is also an important way to realize the development of traditional building industrialization to the industrialization of new types of buildings.In this context,how to scientifically and accurately evaluate the development level of the industrialization of new types of buildings,how to use BIM technology to effectively promote the deep integration of construction industry and informatization,is of great significance to identify the weak links in the development of the industrialization of new types of buildings,formulate key measures in line with the future development trend,and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.Based on this,this paper studies the evaluation of the development level of the industrialization of new types of buildings based on BIM.Firstly,taking the development level of the industrialization of new types of buildings as the research object,based on the BIM perspective,through combing the relevant literature materials such as industrialization,traditional building industrialization,the industrialization of new types of buildings and BIM theory at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the industrialization of new types of buildings,defines the related concepts of the industrialization of new types of buildings,and expounds the matter-element extension theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of evaluation index system.Secondly,based on the literature research method,in-depth analysis of relevant literature is carried out,combined with the development mechanism of the industrialization of new types of buildings and the key role of BIM,starting from the five dimensions of external support level,component production level,project construction level,comprehensive benefit and industrial chain perfection,34 evaluation indicators are preliminarily extracted and summarized,and the primary indicators are screened and optimized by questionnaire method.Finally,the evaluation index system of the development level of the industrialization of new types of buildings including 31 indexes is established,and the calculation method and connotation of each evaluation index are elaborated.Then,the subjective and objective weights of the indexes are determined by G1 method and CRITIC method respectively,and the combined weights are determined by linear weighting method.The matter-element extension evaluation model is constructed and the evaluation grade standard is determined.Finally,taking Qingdao as an example,the development level of its the industrialization of new types of buildings is evaluated to verify the scientific rationality of the evaluation model.Based on the evaluation results and development status of the development level of the industrialization of new types of buildings in Qingdao,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the industrialization of new types of buildings in Qingdao,and provides some reference for the government to formulate relevant policies. |
