As a big energy consumption country, the amount of energy cost in the construction industry increases year by year in our country. Facing the contradiction between increasing energy demand and reducing natural resources, the idea of green energy-saving also produced in this process. The school as a place for teaching, the largest proportion of the total area is the teaching building. As the users of teaching building,the teenagers and teachers have higher requirements. As we know, a good internal environment can improve the school efficiency, promote the health of body and mind. The high comfort often accompanied by the high energy consumption, such as fan, conditioning and radiator what we often use.This article refer to the green building evaluation standards of many indexes,analyze the green energy-saving reconstruction of teaching buildings and the economic evaluation, it sums up the method of energy-saving reconstruction that suitable for the teaching buildings in Dalian. It has certain practical significance to improve the utilization efficiency of natural resources/to reduce traditional energy consumption,and to improve the indoor thermal comfort.This article is divided in five chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, content and method. The second chapter introduces the present situation of campus construction development and the energy consumption. The third chapter mainly discusses the existing school building green energy saving transformation and the main economic evaluation methods. The fourth chapter has a simulate analysis about the building energy consumption in the region combining with the characteristics of climate.To improve the way of shading palisade structure, and summarize the suitable design concept and further strategies of green energy-saving measures for Dalian area. In the last of fourth chapter, we can analyze the benefit of energy-saving reform of the school. And a farther retrofit plan bas been drawn up.
