Research On The Value Evaluation Of Interior Elements Of Historical Buildings In Qingdao During The German Rent Period

The historic buildings of Qingdao were an important part of Qingdao’s cultural heritage during the German colonial period.Although the value of historical buildings in Germany during the colonial period was affirmed and valued,the lack of research on the evaluation of indoor factor values and the choice of restoration strategies has caused irreversible damage to buildings and indoor elements.The indoor elements are an important part of historical buildings and are non-renewable.The primary prerequisite for the protection and reuse of historical buildings is the comprehensive and accurate value assessment of indoor elements.In accordance with the logical thinking relationship of asking questions-analysing problems-solving problems,this paper firstly puts forward the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the evaluation system of Qingdao’s historical buildings in the German colonial period,and carries out its concept and scope.The paper defines and summarizes the indoor type characteristics and style characteristics of Qingdao’s historical buildings during the German colonial period;it summarizes the materials and structures of the historical elements of Qingdao’s historic buildings in the German colonial period,the ground,the top,and the stairway;Establish an indoor factor value assessment system.The first part is theoretical preparation.First of all,the historical evolution and regional characteristics of Qingdao were sorted out;then the indoor elements of Qingdao historic buildings were classified according to different types and styles.Then,from the indoor details,the historical value,artistic value and scientific value of the wall,the ground,the top surface and the stairs are analyzed.The above research constitutes the research foundation of the historical evaluation of the historical architecture of Qingdao in the German colonial period.The second part is the indicator primary selection and system verification.Based on the theoretical preparation work of the previous step,the author establishes the indoor factor evaluation system of Qingdao’s historic buildings in the German colonialperiod.After investigating the status of the interior elements of Anna Villa and analyzing the value of indoor elements,the Analytic Method is used to analyze the interior of Anna Villa.The factor value is calculated by the weight of the index,and the established historical value evaluation system of Qingdao in the German colonial period is verified.
