The Resarch Of Art And Design Of The German Rental Period Indoor Environment Of Qingdao Architecture

Qingdao is an attractive city, it is also one of the most important city in modern china history. Qingdao'construction had a special position in Chinese modern architectural history when the German were occupied. German-style buildings played an important role throughout the city during the formation and development in Qingdao, and it is an important part to form urban landscape characteristics and urban culture. Building style in Qingdao is varied and colorful in German occupation period, its outstanding architecture in architectural design and construction aspects was worth learning and reference in the rapid development day of science and technology, and it is valuable research to study in the architectural art and indoor environment.This paper attempts to research the indoor environmental art and design from an aesthetic point of view in German rent period of Qingdao. First we described the formation and development of building by collected the data and relevant research respectively in German rent period of Qingdao and made in-depth analysis on the Qingdao natural geographical environment and city form of the historical evolution. Thus there is a comprehensive and systematic understanding to early Qingdao natural factors and human factors. Secondly, the main styles of architecture art and design were analyzed during German occupation period in Qingdao by the late 19th century architecture art of the background knowledge of the German, the types of the main building, architecture art and design in this period were discussed in details. The diversity of styles in a certain extent also reflected architecture trends and characteristics in the German occupied period, and Qingdao-style is also a microcosm of modern architectural style in Germany. Thirdly, building materials, interior layout, furnishings Arts was thoroughly analyzed and demonstrated on the actual data with related literatures by investigation selecting typical architecture examples. The art and design of indoor environment has a more comprehensive understanding the analysis on historical data and on-the-spot investigation during German renting period, and has a deep understanding on the impact of indoor environment art after German renting period. Finally we analyzed the value of the architecture during German renting with relevant information the research. The significance of proposed protection is to protect the historical value of building. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward views and objective evaluation about the rational utilization and protection measures of buliding, we also discussed the specific measures to protect them.
