With the development of the global economy,the competition in the kitchen electrical appliance industry becomes more and more fierce.The variety and quantity of products available to consumers are increasing,and their needs are more diversified and personalized.In the era of knowledge economy,with the rapid popularization of the Internet,the symmetry of information becomes higher and higher.In the face of complicated products,customers’ consumption behavior also becomes more rational.They can obtain information from more channels,which makes their purchasing decisions more sensible.With the support of the Internet,information spreads in a variety of ways,and consumer behavior is easily influenced by fashion,culture and specific events,making purchasing behavior more complicated.Therefore,how to better approach customers and obtain their relevant information is the kitchen electricity industry needs to focus on the problem.Based on the theory of deep distribution,this paper will take F Kitchen Power Tangshan Branch as the research object,aiming to explore how to effectively develop channels and improve sales efficiency,comprehensively analyze relevant research literature at home and abroad,and elaborate the research content,methods and ideas of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the introduction of F Kitchen Power,a comprehensive analysis is made on the operating status of F Kitchen Power Tangshan Branch.From the market environment to the channel status quo to the store status quo and finally to the product status quo,the specific situation of the company is broken down layer by layer,and the current situation is analyzed in detail.It is found that the dealer channel,the main channel of F Kitchen Power Tangshan Branch,has problems such as serious product homogeneity,excessive channel conflicts,poor channel management and execution,poor information communication,chaotic channel management and control,and low comprehensive quality of the team.The reasons are mainly attributed to the imperfect service chain of the dealer stores and the lack of control and empowerment of the dealer channel of the Tangshan Branch.According to the current situation and existing problems of distributor channels,integrate channels,build marketing value chain,and formulate core distributor selection and establishment strategy,terminal network construction strategy and market start-up and replication promotion strategy.Finally,from the system,organization,manpower,technology,capital five aspects of the adjustment of Tangshan branch dealer channel implementation guarantee.Through the research of this paper,we hope to open up sales for F Kitchen Power Tangshan Branch,achieve the goal of first place in Tangshan region,and also hope to provide some reference and help for the development of channel marketing strategy of F Kitchen Power in other regions.
