| Household appliances are "creatives" that make people’s lives more convenient,comfortable,and happy.In China where people use food as their heaven,diet is the eternal happiness of Chinese people,and kitchen appliances continue to develop under the background of large consumption.Among them,the birth and rise of emerging kitchen appliances has become the main household appliance consumer demand for the current to the future.However,the emergence of such western-style home appliances as new kitchen appliances can change their appeal to Chinese consumers.This is a problem faced by the emerging kitchen appliances.In order to solve this problem,the optimization iteration of the product and the satisfaction of user needs become the key.This topic is based on the above background research.The purpose is to explore how to use the evaluation grid method to develop target users in the design of emerging kitchen appliances,to obtain user needs,and to build new models of consumer kitchen appliances by constructing user demand hierarchy models.Optimize and iterate quickly to get the design direction,grasp the design details,improve design efficiency.In the study,a representative example of the emerging kitchen appliance-economy dishwasher was used as an empirical example.A user’s research was used to develop a dishwasher user role model;a survey user was then screened,and evaluation construction methods were used for Dishwasher A and Dishwasher B.Two sample objects,user interviews were conducted to obtain the dishwasher user demand tomography model;In order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method and user requirements hierarchy model in the optimal design of the dishwasher,dishwasher A was selected as the optimization the object,from the dishwasher user demand hierarchy construction model,summarizes the optimization opportunities and develops an optimized design.Finally,the user evaluates the original dishwasher A and the optimization design scheme through the semantic difference method,calculates the semantic difference value,and concludes: The Dishwasher user demand hierarchy construction model constructed based on the evaluation construction method,and the dishwasher optimization design opportunity obtained from it,can help the designer quickly obtain the user demand in the dishwasher optimal design,accurately grasp the design direction,and clear the product optimization Details,the final optimization program has a certain improvement in the user evaluation,enhance the dishwasher The competitiveness.The study of the dishwasher case demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of Evaluation Grid method in the design optimization of emerging kitchen appliances.The research of this topic also has reference and reference significance for other types of product optimization research. |
