With the gradual "urbanization" of the bypass expressway and the rapid promotion of new urbanization,the conflict between traffic supply and demand in the bypass expressway network is becoming more and more prominent,and the traffic congestion problem at the entrances and exits of the bypass expressway,as the traffic flow valve on the bypass expressway network,is becoming more and more serious.It is important to study the regional traffic congestion caused by excessive traffic demand and uneven traffic load distribution at the entrances and exits of the bypass expressway and the surrounding areas during the peak period to alleviate the traffic congestion of the expressway network and urban road network.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Conduct a traffic survey on the entrances and exits of Nanning City Bypass Expressway,put forward the existing traffic congestion problems on the entrances and exits and the surrounding roads,and describe the traffic congestion problems in the entrances and exits area by combining the structural characteristics of the entrances and exits section and the surrounding roads,and put forward the research ideas of the solutions for such traffic problems.(2)In the entrance and exit section area of the bypass expressway,a collaborative traffic control method for the entrance and exit of the bypass expressway is proposed to realize two-way collaborative control in the exit direction and entrance direction in the entrance and exit section area.According to the traffic demand in the exit ramp direction and the traffic capacity in the entrance ramp direction,the matching constraint between the traffic demand and the traffic capacity of the upstream and downstream sections is established for the highway ramps,toll stations and the connecting city road nodes in the entrance and exit,and the maximum traffic capacity of the toll stations and their connecting city road nodes is the control target,and the traffic cooperative control model of the entrance and exit sections of the bypass expressway is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to The non-linear programming model is solved by genetic algorithm.(3)In the area of the urban section adjacent to the entrances and exits of the bypass expressway,the traffic management control method of the urban section adjacent to the entrances and exits of the bypass expressway is proposed to realize the coordinated traffic control between the entrances and exits section and the adjacent urban section.According to the correlation analysis results of traffic nodes of urban sections,the coordination control area is divided,and the traffic flow of the boundary nodes in the coordination area is adjusted and controlled with the capacity of high-speed ramps within the entrances and exits section as the limit,while the traffic arteries in the coordination area are coordinated and controlled by using the arterial coordination method.(4)For the urban bypass expressway network,the traffic inducement strategy of urban bypass expressway network is proposed to realize the cooperative control between each bypass expressway entrances and exits on the bypass expressway.By analyzing the capacity of the entrance and exit ramps,the current traffic operation status of the ramps is judged,and the traffic induced demand and induced diversion points of the saturated ramps are determined,the path cost of the corresponding induced paths of each diversion point is calculated,and the effective induced paths are compared and selected to induce traffic diversion.(5)Taking the entrance and exit of Shibu Expressway on Nanning City Bypass Expressway as an example,VISSIM simulation software is used to analyze the application of traffic cooperative control method for the entrance and exit of the bypass expressway and the traffic management control method for the adjacent city section of the bypass expressway entrance and exit;taking the entrance and exit of Nanning East Bypass Expressway as an example,the application is analyzed by combining the traffic guidance strategy of the city bypass expressway network.
