One of the research focuses of steel plate-concrete composite shear wall is to ensure the cooperative working performance between steel plate and concrete.According to the current research,welding studs or binding bars are generally used and some results have been achieved.In this paper,the steel-cored plate-concrete composite shear walls with PBL shear connector is proposed and designed,which can simplify the construction measure while ensuring the cooperative work of steel plate and concrete.Then,experimental research,numerical simulation,and design method are studied.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,low cyclic horizontal loading tests were carried out on one steel reinforced concrete shear wall and four PBL,so as to analyze and compared the failure mechanism and seismic performance of each specimen.The results showed that the seismic performance of the steelcored plate-concrete composite shear walls with PBL shear connector is better than that of steel reinforced concrete shear wall because of the steel core plate.All specimens show bending failure characteristics.The bearing capacity and stiffness of low shear span ratio shear wall are obviously better than those of hign shear span ratio shear wall,but its deformation capacity is relatively weak.And it can be seen form the failure phenomenon that the transverse form of PBL shear connector is not suitable for high shear span ratio shear wall.The finite element calculations are performed based on ABAQUS,and the model is adjusted by comparing the calculated results with the experimental results.The results show that finite element software analysis results can simulate the test results accurately.Then,the approximate effects of axial compression ratio,steel plate thickness,end column steel ratio,end column reinforcement ratio,and distribution reinforcement ratio on the seismic performance of shear walls are analyzed based on the validated finite element model.A formula of normal section bearing capacity of steel-cored plate-concrete composite shear walls with PBL shear connectors are proposed based on JGJ138-2016 and EC4.Due to the large shear effect of the low shear span ration specimen,the calculation formula cannot accurately evaluate the normal section bearing capacity of the low shear span ratio specimen.Therefore,the low shear span ratio correction coefficient is introduced,and the corrected calculation results are in good agreement with the test results.The bearing capacity of the specimen,i.e.the combination of axial force-bending moment in the limit state,is determined using the M-N curve to evaluate the reliability of the specimen under different working conditions,and further verify the theoretical formula. |
