Corrugated steel plate shear wall is a new lateral resisting system,which develop from flat steel shear wall and can improve poor rigidity,poor deformation capacity and low bearing capacity of the flat plate.The structure system has large lateral stiffness,high bearing capacity,hysteretic behavior,ductility and energy dissipation capacity and other advantages,can exhibit its unique superiority especially in the area with high seismic intensity.In this paper,the seismic behavior and lateral bearing capacity of the corrugated steel shear wall and its composite shear wall are studied by means of experimental research,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In order to study the seismic behavior of the corrugated steel shear wall and its composite shear wall,six 1:2 scale specimens were tested respectively under low-cyclic reverse loading.The test phenomena and destruction characteristics of the specimens are observed and analyzed,and hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,load and displacement characteristics,stiffness and bearing capacity degradation,ductility and energy dissipation capacity are analyzed.(2)The effects of different forms of corrugated steel plate layouts on the seismic behavior of the corrugated steel shear wall and its composite shear wall are analyzed.The results show that: Compared with flat steel shear wall,the corrugated steel plate shear wall has better lateral stiffness,hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity,overall stability,ductility and energy dissipation capacity and so on.Moreover,the seismic behavior of the vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall and horizontal wave plate shear wall is not much different.Compared with flat steel plate concrete composite shear wall,the corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall has better ductility,energy dissipation capacity,bearing capacity and stiffness degradation and so on.In addition,the corrugated steel plate can keep better bond with concrete and can inhibit the development of cracks,and the composite effect is better.Among them,the vertical corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall has the highest bearing capacity.(3)This article uses ABAQUS finite element software modeling calculation,by the finite element results and test results to verify the reliability of the finite element software.Based on this,the variable parameters of the corrugated steel shear wall and its composite shear wall were studied and the results showed that: For the corrugated steel plate shear wall,when the corrugated steel plate has different plate thickness and wave angle,the initial lateral stiffness is basically the same,and the bearing capacity slightly increases with the increasing of the plate thickness and the wave angle.For the corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall,when the plate thickness and the wave angle of corrugated steel plate are different,the initial lateral stiffness is basically the same,the bearing capacity slightly increases with the increasing of the plate thickness and the wave angle.However,the shear span ratio has a significant effect on its initial lateral stiffness and bearing capacity,and the initial lateral stiffness and bearing capacity decrease with the increasing of the shear span ratio.(4)Combining with the mechanical behavior of the corrugated steel plate shear wall and its composite shear wall,based on the results of the finite element analysis,the formula for calculating the lateral resistance of the corrugated steel plate shear wall and its composite shear wall were obtained through fitting.At the same time,the shear share ratio of the corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall is obtained.Through the comparison of the theoretical calculation results,the finite element analysis results and the test results,the reliability of the formula was verified.It can provide a theoretical basis for corrugated steel plate shear wall and its composite shear wall,and then provide a design suggestion for the engineering application in the future.
