With the development of knowledge economy, the design activities of cars are becoming more and more dependent on the effective support of knowledge. The knowledge demand is multivariate and personalized which put forward higher requirements for the product design knowledge management and application in the enterprises. The personnel knowledge push service for the designer is a good way to improve the efficiency of knowledge application. It can fully and efficiently utilize the design knowledge of automobile products. There are many common problems for the domestic automobile enterprises such as the confusion of knowledge management, the low reuse rate for the knowledge, the underused of the experience knowledge. Therefore, this paper made the following research:1. Based on the analysis of the existing automobile product design process, designers, design knowledge, the task list is obtained by the formal expression of the design task, the set of user interests is established through the user preference, the knowledge ontology is modeled through the characteristics of design knowledge, as well as the connection of the process, designers and knowledge.2. This paper designs a hybrid push algorithm based on automotive product knowledge, which results the push list by calculating the semantic similarity between the knowledge demand vector and the text vector. For detailed, the knowledge texts are represented as the text vector space, the knowledge demand vectors are constructed by the design tasks and user interests.3. On analyzing the functional requirement of the knowledge push system for the automotive product design, this paper puts forward the three layer architecture and system architecture diagram. Further more, the specific process and knowledge push model are designed with detailed instructions.
