| The application of construction waste as roadbed filling material in highway engineering can effectively solve the problem of urban construction waste treatment and roadbed material shortage.At present,this technology is still in the stage of theoretical research and pilot application.The large-scale application of construction waste to roadbed filling and roadbed quality after application need to be further verified.In view of the above problems,this paper establishes a remote monitoring and management system for subgrade settlement of construction waste filling based on BIM technology under the support of the scientific research project of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Transportation "Research on Information Technology of Intelligent Expressway Construction and Operation Management(21-04X)".The system combines monitoring data with subgrade BIM model to carry out visual management of subgrade settlement monitoring and prediction,so as to meet the needs of actual engineering for subgrade settlement management of construction waste filling.Firstly,based on the analysis of subgrade settlement monitoring,data acquisition and transmission,data prediction and early warning and visual management requirements,the overall scheme of subgrade settlement prediction and visual management of construction waste filling was designed.The scheme includes subgrade settlement monitoring module,subgrade settlement monitoring visual management module,subgrade settlement prediction module and remote data management module.Secondly,ABAQUS software was used to analyze the settlement of construction waste filling roadbed,determine the monitoring section and measuring point of settlement monitoring,and complete the design of roadbed settlement monitoring module.Next,the BIM model of the subgrade section filled with engineering construction waste was established,and the data visualization technology of the BIM model was studied to realize the visual management of the subgrade BIM model,monitoring scheme and monitoring data,which was convenient for managers to make intuitive decisions.Then,based on the denoising of subgrade settlement monitoring data,three prediction models of GABP,LSTM and CNN-LSTM construction waste filling subgrade settlement monitoring data were established.Through simulation and comparative analysis,it was concluded that CNNLSTM neural network prediction model can better describe the settlement law of construction waste filling subgrade.This model can effectively predict the post-construction settlement of subgrade construction in a short time and provide effective data support for subgrade construction quality management.Finally,the settlement prediction and visualization management system of construction waste filling roadbed was designed.The system uses MATLAB GUI to denoise the roadbed settlement data and encapsulate the CNN-LSTM neural network settlement prediction model.The settlement monitoring data and prediction data were visualized on the BIM model,and automatically alarm according to the monitoring and prediction data to meet the needs of actual project management.This thesis proposes that the CNN-LSTM neural network settlement prediction model can effectively predict the post-construction settlement of construction waste filling roadbed,and provide management reference for the application of construction waste in roadbed engineering.The settlement prediction and visualization management system of construction waste filling roadbed designed in this thesis can complete the visual management of roadbed model and settlement data prediction.Its monitoring and prediction data can provide theoretical and practical data reference for large-scale application of construction waste in highway engineering,which has important application value of highway engineering roadbed construction. |
