| With the rapid development of e-commerce and the upgrading of residents consumption structure, more consumers choose to shop online, thus promoting the explosive growth of express delivery. In order to ensure the rapid and healthy development of the logistics industry,it is necessary to optimize the logistics system.Logistics distribution is an important link in the whole supply chain process, especially the terminal distribution has the characteristics of high cost, diversified customer demand, and timeliness. However, with the increasing volume of express delivery and customer demand, logistics terminal distribution has problems such as low efficiency of delivery service, unmet customer demand, and single delivery mode, which directly affects the satisfaction of consumers and the image of express enterprises. In such a context, this thesis uses the steps of problem analysis, model building, and algorithm solving to optimize the terminal distribution. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In view of the diversified demand of terminal customers, the dimension of user portrait and segmentation factors are used as the basis for the design of the questionnaire, and SPSS is used for factor analysis and K-Means clustering of the filtered data. The user portrait is generated according to the clustering results, and the three-dimensional decision matrix is established to determine the delivery mode provided to customers by combining customer utility, delivery cost of express enterprises, and delivery mode selection of express delivery.(2)According to the characteristics of logistics terminal distribution,a two-stage solution framework is proposed based on the idea of partitioning first and then scheduling.Firstly,by combining K-Means clustering algorithm and genetic algorithm, the clustering is divided according to the spatial and temporal distance between distribution points, taking into account the characteristics of delivery mode and the balance of workload.Compared with ordinary clustering algorithm, the total cost is reduced by 10.84% and the satisfaction is increased by 8.87%.Secondly,the multi-objective optimization model of the distribution route is established with the lowest total cost and the highest customer satisfaction as the objectives. The improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the model. The nearest neighbor algorithm is introduced into the initial solution to improve the initial population quality, and the neighborhood search algorithm and simulated annealing operation are introduced to local optimization,so as to improve the solving efficiency and global searching ability.Compared with the general NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, the total cost is reduced by15.05% and the satisfaction is increased by 9.86%.Finally,according to the generated Pareto solution set,the TOPSIS method is used to develop five kinds of logistics distribution strategies for express enterprises.(3)An express enterprise is used as the research object to design a case analysis to complete the determination of the customer delivery mode and the application of the two-stage solution framework research, and set up the control groups and experimental group in different circumstances of the distribution strategy analysis for comparative analysis. The results of the case show that:(1)The end-user portrait and three-dimensional decision matrix are constructed to help enterprises accurately and efficiently identify customer demand and reduce distribution costs.Compared with the traditional delivery mode, the total cost is reduced by 22.02%,and the customer utility is increased by 14.34%.(2)The two-stage solution framework can effectively solve the distribution problem considering the delivery mode, reduce the computational effort of the solution model, and improve the quality of the results.Compared with the optimization method of direct scheduling, the total cost is reduced by 20.24%,and the customer utility is increased by 11.95%,thus achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.(3)There is a contradictory relationship between the improvement of customer satisfaction and the reduction of distribution cost.It is recommended that enterprises choose appropriate distribution strategies according to the actual situation. |
