| Tunnel engineering has long existed complex and harsh construction environment,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of construction personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor and analyze the tunnel construction environment,and make accurate judgment on the environmental comfort level and changes.When the environment is abnormal or collapse occurs in the construction process,the location of the construction personnel becomes an important basis for the implementation of rescue and evacuation.At present,domestic monitoring equipment has problems such as single function,data analysis and processing is not timely,and in case of accidents,the lack of access to the location of construction personnel.Based on this,this paper takes the tunnel construction environment and personnel positioning monitoring as the research direction,and completes the design of tunnel construction safety monitoring and early warning system.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:In this paper,the hardware and software of the system are designed.The hardware of the system takes STM32 microcontroller as the core,connecting each sensor and wireless transmission module.Through the design of hardware driver,all modules form a whole.As the brain of the whole module,the STM32 microcontroller controls the operation of each module.It can transmit the data collected by the environmental information acquisition module and the personnel location module to the supreme computer system through the WIFI module,and judge whether the environmental monitoring data exceeds the set threshold through real-time monitoring to control the operation of the alarm module.The system software is composed of C# language and SQL Server database,including environmental monitoring display,personnel positioning,monitoring data evaluation,monitoring data prediction and other modules.The main monitoring data evaluation and prediction module is built by mathematical model.The monitoring data evaluation module completes the judgment of tunnel construction environment level according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The monitoring data prediction module completes the short-term prediction of environmental data according to the grey prediction model,and classifies the predicted data by using the probabilistic neural network model to identify the construction environment level corresponding to the predicted environmental data.The data analysis results show that the monitoring data has high prediction accuracy and good classification effect.Taking Tianzhu Mountain No.1 Tunnel as an engineering example,the system is tested.The test results show that the hardware system performs well in monitoring accuracy,data transmission accuracy and data acquisition stability.The software system can accurately obtain the environmental monitoring data and personnel location data,and complete the tunnel construction environment evaluation,forecast,classification results output and personnel location display,the development of the system has practical engineering value and theoretical significance for tunnel construction. |
