Under the national conditions of continuous population growth and rapid economic development,the area of wetlands in China is decreasing and the form of functional decline is severe.The construction of national wetland parks as a new attempt to protect and manage wetlands has played a good demonstration role in the field of ecological protection in China.However,the construction of national wetland parks is still in the exploration stage,and with the construction and daily management of wetland parks,a large amount of information will be generated,which requires a lot of manpower and material resources to organize.This is a huge challenge for the daily management of wetlands,and it is also difficult to respond to changes in wetland ecology in a timely manner.In this paper,through the analysis of data collection and construction needs of Jindong Mengjiang River National Wetland Park,the principles of system construction are determined,and the overall system framework,function construction framework and database design are proposed.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,a preliminary wetland monitoring and early warning indicator system is proposed.And introduce the Internet of Things and automatic sensors as new means of monitoring,build a unified digital management platform,and realize standardized and automated data storage.Discuss front-end technology(HTML5+CSS+JavaScript),database technology,and three-dimensional development software.Finally realized the use of ArcGIS API for JavaScript as the core,integrated public map services,online remote sensing image maps,park basic data and other multi-source data to construct a two-dimensional electronic map.And use the 3D interactive scene built by skyline software.Finally,based on real-time monitoring of wetlands,a real-time early warning system for wetlands is developed to realize the monitoring and early warning functions of real-time perception,monitoring,analysis,and prediction.The system is divided into two parts:monitoring system and early warning system.On this basis,basic map operation functions such as map browsing,thematic map,natural resource inquiry and display,three-dimensional flight roaming,and space surveying are realized.Wetland monitoring such as wetland change monitoring,forest fire management,and wetland resource data monitoring,as well as real-time ecological warning functions such as lightning warning,forest fire warning and air quality warning are realized.Finally,the realization of the system is demonstrated.The research of monitoring and early warning information system can reduce the workload of daily monitoring,data management,and patrol management of the managers of Jindong Mengjiang River National Wetland Park to a certain extent.Provide scientific guidance and technical support for park management and decision-making.Improve disaster emergency response capabilities and provide a platform for external publicity.The development and function of the system have flexibility and portability,and it has practical significance for the promotion and application of the informatization of nature reserves. |
