| Monitoring and measurement is one of the important links of tunnel safety control.Through monitoring and measurement data,we can understand the internal deformation of the tunnel,feed back the data in real time and adjust the scheme in time,effectively improve the efficiency of tunnel construction,and also provide data reference for the next link.Tunnel monitoring and measurement technology has laid a foundation for scientific construction,information construction and dynamic construction.Based on the Huaguang Street tunnel in Shuimogou District of Urumqi,this paper explores the implementation methods and steps of monitoring measurement technology,and then uses the appropriate data analysis method to grasp the deformation law of the tunnel,and through the construction of early warning system to predict the safety situation of the tunnel,finds out the existing problems of the tunnel in time,and quickly takes corresponding measures:(1)Firstly,the development status and shortcomings of tunnel construction monitoring and measurement are described,and then the monitoring and measurement scheme and data processing and analysis method are introduced.The Kalman filter method is used to reduce the construction environmental noise,and then the regression analysis model is used to grasp the variation law of surface settlement,vault settlement,displacement deformation and other data of Huaguang Street tunnel project.The regression analysis model curve fitting is used to obtain the curve with the best fitting degree with the actual deformation of the tunnel,The curve is used to predict the tunnel deformation.(2)This paper studies the monitoring and measurement early warning system,introduces the basic content and implementation steps of the tunnel monitoring and early warning system,establishes the index system,divides the evaluation level and selects the appropriate risk assessment method to evaluate the risk level of the monitoring and measurement data,and then sets the appropriate early warning threshold to issue the corresponding early warning.There is a certain dynamic relationship between tunnel monitoring measurement and early warning system.Monitoring measurement is the data basis of early warning system,and the early warning information can adjust the monitoring measurement scheme.(3)This paper uses Python to program the analysis and early warning process of tunnel monitoring measurement data,and uses programming language to realize the analysis and prediction of tunnel deformation law,evaluate the safety level of tunnel based on monitoring measurement data and send corresponding early warning signals,create database to store and query data,etc.Through the practical research of Huaguang Street tunnel,the internal links of tunnel construction,tunnel monitoring and measurement,tunnel monitoring and early warning are comprehensively grasped.These links are inseparable and cannot operate independently in the process of tunnel construction.Only by combining them organically,can we strengthen the systematization,dynamic coordination,real-time feedback,dynamic monitoring and early warning of tunnel engineering Close contact with each link is the premise to improve the scientific and reasonable tunnel project. |
