The rudder is an important actuator in the aircraft control system,and its performance directly affects the combat performance and guidance accuracy of the aircraft.Therefore,steering gear testing is of great significance in aircraft performance evaluation.In order to meet the requirements for testing the performance of gas steering gear,this topic developed a gas steering gear testing system.According to the requirements of a gas steering gear testing system for an aircraft,this article proposes an overall construction scheme based on virtual instrument technology PC-DAQ.The industrial computer and data acquisition card were selected,the signal conditioning box was designed,and a hardware testing system was built.The design of the test system software is based on the Visual Studio development environment and Winform framework,combined with the SQL Server database management system software,and adopts a modular philosophy to design the software scheme.The functional design of each section includes user login and management section,self checking section,static zero adjustment section,testing section,parameter calculation section,error processing section,data management section,report generation section,and database design.In order to improve the real-time performance of the test system,multithreading technology is used to manage data collection,data processing and waveform display functions.Software filtering is used to eliminate interference in data processing,and cursor measurement is used to calculate parameter results.Save waveform data by serializing objects into binary data stream to database.Use Word tags to generate test reports,which can extract images of currently displayed waveforms and generate report printing.Reproduce the signal status of the steering engine by debugging the whole machine with the signal simulator developed by the lab.Finally,the developed test system and field products are tested jointly.The test results show that the developed test system of gas rudder is stable,reliable,easy to operate and meets the practical application.The test system has been delivered to a factory of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp and has been put into production.
