| Low voltage electrical apparatus is the electrical appliances which plays the role of on-off,control or protection in the circuit of AC voltage to the1200V.DC voltage to1500V. The function of it will have a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the power system and industrial control system. It is needed to carry out an accurate test on the each function of them before they leave the factory. In order to ensure the accurate of the test data, it is worth studying on how to build a test data management system for low voltage electrical apparatus. LabVIEW application toolkit provides free LabSQL establish a connection to the Access database technology,the LabVIEW and the database connection,the development of independent data management system.This article first to introduce the low voltage apparatus plays an important role in today’s society,the meaning of the test data management system design,and the research status; And then analyzed the function of low voltage electrical test data management system requirements, develop a set of low voltage apparatus based on virtual instrument technology test data management system. System by the industrial control computer,multifunction data acquisition card and other hardware,combined with the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW7of software components,and briefly discusses the hardware composition and selection principle of test data management system,design idea and structure of the testing data management system software were introduced in detail. Finally,the application example shows that the data management system is able to carry out a safe,accurate, reliable management for the test data of low voltage electrical apparatus,and has the properties of strong anti-interference and convenient maintenance. Therefore,the system has great practical value and application prospect. |
