| Multimodal transport is a comprehensive organization of different freight transport modes, which is an important support for realizing domestic circulation, domestic and international double circulation, and an important guarantee for global supply chain layout. The scientific and reasonable selection of multimodal transport partners can not only integrate the core resources of each enterprise and improve competitiveness, but also guarantee the stable and efficient completion of multimodal transport tasks. At the same time, the stable cooperation of multimodal transport enterprises helps to improve the overall competitiveness of cooperative enterprises and increase the overall profit income. Therefore,in the context of vigorous development of multimodal transport,it is important to solve the problem of selecting multimodal transport partners considering the stability of cooperation. In this paper,in the study of multimodal transport partner selection considering the stability of cooperation:(1)the importance of multimodal transport partner selection indicators on cooperation stability is used as the basis for screening, the principal component analysis(PCA)is used for qualitative preliminary screening of indicators, the influence of indicators on cooperation stability is quantitatively analyzed based on the system dynamics model of multimodal transport cooperation stability, and the system of multimodal transport partner selection indicators is constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative;(2)based on the constructed index system,a multimodal transportation partner selection model based on the vectorial angle cosine method is constructed, and the model is constructed by taking into account the importance of multimodal transportation partner selection indexes on partner selection and cooperation stability, and improving the quantitative basis of each qualitative index;(3)compared this method with the AHP and TOPSIS methods based on the cooperation stability quantified by the system dynamics model of multimodal transport cooperation stability, which shows that: compared with the AHP method, which only considers the importance of indicators to partner selection and thus assigns a single weight, the vector angle cosine method, which also considers the importance of indicators to cooperation stability and thus assigns a combination of weights,is conducive to select the enterprises with higher cooperation stability; In this paper, the multimodal transportation partner selection model based on the vector angle cosine method transforms each indicator data into a direction vector in a multidimensional space, which can carry both directional and numerical information of the scheme and can be independent of the increase of the indicator dimension. In solving the multimodal transportation partner selection problem based on multiple indicators, the multimodal transportation partner selection model based on the vector angle cosine method is more advantageous.Cooperation stability is an important guarantee for the realization of multimodal transport tasks, and considering cooperation stability in the selection of multimodal transport partners helps to maintain cooperation stability. This paper considers cooperative stability to study multimodal transport partner selection, which provides a theoretical basis and practical guidelines for multimodal transport operators to select cooperative enterprises and helps promote highquality development of multimodal transport. |
