The continuous development of urbanization in China has led to the contradiction of land supply and demand as well as the inefficient use of construction land.In particular,village land in rural areas has problems such as disorderly appearance,low land use efficiency and ecological environment imbalance.The ecological conservation area bears the important task of guaranteeing the basic ecological security of the region,and the expansion of construction land in the region seriously threatens the sustainable development of the regional ecology.The essence of reduction management is to use land economically and intensively,and to improve the ecological function and economic performance of land.Exploring the method of identifying and zoning the reduced amount of village land in ecological cultured areas can not only respond to the requirements of ecological conservation priority in ecological cultured areas and improve the efficiency of land use,but also provide technical theory and technical support for the preparation of village planning under the territorial spatial planning system.This study takes Miyun District of Beijing as an example,based on land use,points of interest and socio-economic statistics and other multi-source data,firstly,the scale pattern,spatial distribution and socio-economic characteristics of village land in Miyun District were analyzed by using landscape pattern index and GIS spatial analysis techniques;secondly,the In VEST model was used to analyze the habitat quality of Miyun District and to construct the ecological security pattern of Miyun District;then,indicators were selected from three dimensions,namely ecological security,spatial stability and development suitability,to construct an evaluation method for identifying reduced land parcels in Miyun District.Finally,the evaluation method was used to classify and zone the reduced land parcels and propose targeted reduction strategies.The main research findings are as follows:(1)The results of the analysis of the current characteristics of village land parcels and the influencing factors show that the regional differences of village land in Miyun District are obvious,the total amount of village land is large,scattered and small,and the distribution of village land is greatly influenced by roads and rivers.(2)The ecological security pattern of Miyun District shows that the ecological security habitat quality in Miyun District has obvious regional aggregation distribution characteristics,with high value areas distributed in the northern and central parts of Miyun District and low value areas concentrated in the relatively dense areas of village land such as towns in the southwestern part of Miyun District.The total area of ecological source land is 78,165 hm2,accounting for 35.06% of the total area of the study area,and the total length of 15 ecological corridors is 479.11 km.(3)The evaluation results of village land reduction plots in Miyun District show that the evaluation results generally show a spatial characteristic of high in the northeast and low in the southwest.Combined with the requirements of Miyun District reduction planning,based on the evaluation results of village land reduction plots identification,the total area of reduction plots is determined to be 789.84 hm2 and the number is 1339,mainly distributed in shallow and deep mountainous areas such as Fengjiayu Town,Gaoling Town and Dachengzi Town.(4)The reduction parcels in Miyun District can be divided into 3 zones and 7 types of reduction types in the near-term reduction zone(ecological-spatial reduction type,ecologicaldevelopmental reduction type,spatial-developmental reduction type),medium-term reduction zone(ecological safety reduction type,spatial stability reduction type,development-appropriate reduction type),and long-term reduction zone(comprehensive reduction type),and different reduction measures should be taken for the reduction parcels in different zones.
