| Zhunchi Railway is a double-track electrified railway,mainly for coal transportation,connecting Waixigou Station of Dazhun Railway and Shenchinan Station of Shuohuang Railway.Its main track is 179.862 km long.The route mainly passes through the middle and low mountainous areas and intermountain valley areas of the Loess Plateau.The soil from Waixigou to Balipu is mainly composed of sand and gravel double-layer structures,while the soil from Balipu to the south of Shenchi is mainly composed of fractured mountain structures.In 2014,the railway began operation.Although the operation time of Zhunchi Railway is short,the subgrade disease gradually becomes one of the main threats to railway safety transportation and one of the main costs of railway operation due to its regional climate and geological characteristics.Due to the regional seasonal climate characteristics,a variety of subgrade diseases such as overcrowding of road shoulder subsidence,drainage canal washout and slope washout occur during the rainy season from May to September every year in Zhuanchi Railway,and frost heave occurs in winter.Through data collection and analysis of several typical subgrade diseases and remediation measures.In this thesis,the actual effects of various remediation measures are explored.Firstly,through data collection and indoor soil experiments,the regional geological and climatic conditions and soil characteristics of Zhunchi Railway are studied and analyzed,and the basic conditions of Zhunchi subgrade diseases are further investigated and studied.Subsequently,by studying the remediation scheme and effect of the active heating equipment in the subgrade freeze-damage,the layout scheme of the active heating equipment in the Zhunchi Railway is studied,and the data of frost heaving depth and frost heaving quantity of the natural section and the section where the heating equipment are located are compared and analyzed.It is found that the frost heaving quantity of the Zhunchi Railway is mainly affected by deep frost heaving.Active heating equipment has little effect on surface freezing,but can effectively prevent frost heave from developing to deep layer.Therefore,the active heating equipment plays an obvious role in controlling the frost heave of railway roadbed.Finally,the thesis starts with three water hazards,namely,cutting slope collapse,water damage of drainage system and embankment slope instability,which have occurred frequently since the operation of Zhunchi Railway.Based on the subgrade water damage of each section of Zhunchi Railway in 2022,the thesis analyzes and studies the partial water damage of Zhunchi Railway in 2022 and its remediation plan. |
