As one of the cleaning methods,high pressure water jet cleaning technology has become the most extensive cleaning method with excellent characteristics of high efficiency,environmental protection and sustainability.For a long time,domestic cleaning method is a main-chemical cleaning method to clean the surface of mechanical parts.With the development of water jet technology,the cleaning of many mechanical parts in China gradually gets rid of the chemical cleaning method.Water jet cleaning technology has also gradually become one of the mainstream cleaning methods of industrial cleaning.At present,the research standard of water jet cleaning technology is the area efficiency of removing surface stains,namely the cleaning efficiency.Based on this,this paper studies the influence of high pressure water jet cleaning technology on the surface of the substrate.Based on the research of water jet theory,according to research the choice of parameters of existing main structure parameters of high pressure water jet cleaning nozzle,high pressure water jet nozzle cleaning simulation model is set up,choose a suitable inlet pressure as the shock pressure of high pressure water jet cleaning,water jet flow simulation,the production of high pressure water jet nozzle,determine the value of shock pressure,provide equipment for the subsequent high pressure water jet cleaning experiments and theoretical basis.Controlled by the design of high pressure water jet nozzle,high pressure water jet cleaning parameters,high pressure water jet cleaning experiment was carried out,will be after cleaning the substrate clean area with no clean area ratio as the basis of cleaning efficiency,the area of image processing technology to improve the cleaning surface area ratio of the calculation speed and accuracy,through comparing different parameters test,analysis of high pressure water jet cleaning all the parameters on the efficiency of the cleaning effect,as a high pressure water jet cleaning studies provide appropriate cleaning parameters influence on matrix.The results show that the impact of the target distance on the cleaning efficiency is the largest when high pressure water jet cleaning is carried out,the impact of the horizontal velocity on the cleaning efficiency is gradually increased,the impact of the Angle of incidence is relatively small.Based on the research of high-pressure water jet cleaning,the target surface of the matrix was cleaned under appropriate parameters.The micro-morphology of the cleaned surface of the matrix was analyzed.The effect of surface cleaning becomes worse with the increase of horizontal velocity.The possible causes of damage were analyzed,and a model of water jet cleaning matrix surface damage was established.Provide help for the advancement of high pressure water jet cleaning technology.
