In March 2015,the Central Leading Group of Finance and Economics of China deliberated and adopted the Outline of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei Cooperative Development Planning,which made Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development a major national strategy.As the core factor of influencing the economic and social development of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,the construction of high-speed rail station is not only conducive to regional economic development,but also brings convenience to residents'travel and life.With the vigorous development of high-speed railway station construction,some problems have been exposed.Many high-speed railway station squares are large in scale,the number of users and the space occupied by users are also small,which arouses the author's concern and Research on the efficiency of the squares in front of high-speed railway stations.Taking the front square of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-speed Railway Station as the research object,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of its utilization efficiency.Based on the survey of 15 squares in front of high-speed railway stations in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the location,scale,public service facilities and use status of the squares in front of the stations are investigated and classified.On this basis,the representative squares in front of Beijing South Station,Baoding East Station and Tianjin South Station are selected according to the location relationship between the stations and the city center,the grade of the stations and the scale of the squares.Field three squares,conduct in-depth investigation and research.The research quantifies the user behavior of the square in front of the station by establishing a spatial model of human behavior,and measures the efficiency of the square by the proportion of square use space.The results show that the service intensity of Beijing South Railway Station North Plaza is maintained at 4.8%?6.2%for five minutes,which is relatively stable;the traffic volume changes little in four seasons,and the one-day traffic volume changes regularly;among the four seasons,the maximum is in spring,ranging from 1.5%to 3.1%.Passengers generally think that the square area is small,and they are satisfied with the traffic and landscape greening,while they are not satisfied with the square facilities.The use intensity of the five-minute square in front of Baoding East Railway Station is from 1.19%?0.41%;the traffic volume of the road and the four-season traffic volume change steadily;the stopover intensity is the highest in spring,accounting for 1.5‰?2.2‰;and the satisfaction of passengers with the scale of the square is low,and the satisfaction of traffic flow lines,public service facilities and landscape greening is general.The five-minute stopover intensity of Tianjin South Railway Station changed from 1.16%to 0.61%,and tended to be stable.Route traffic and four-season traffic change regularly,and the one-day weekend traffic is significantly larger than the working day;the intensity of stopover in spring,autumn and East is similar,the proportion of stopover is 2.7‰?4.4‰;and passengers' satisfaction with square scale,traffic flow line,public service facilities and landscape greening is high.According to the analysis and summary of three cases in the census and in-depth study,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of optimizing the square area,improving traffic flow,optimizing public service facilities and landscape greening planting,in order to provide the use efficiency of the square in front of the high-speed railway station.
