Tire cavity resonance is the key research content of vehicle NVH analysis,which has negative influence on ride comfort.The cavity resonance will not only have serious coupling resonance with the mechanical component,but also produce resonance noise transmitted to the car.However,the nonlinear modeling of tire is complicated,and the research of tire cavity resonance by simulation means is seldom carried out by relevant domestic manufacturers.In this paper,a brand of 205/55R16 radial tire as the research object,using tire finite element technology,through the analysis of modal simulation and numerical acoustic calculation results,the cavity resonance frequency separation characteristics and cavity resonance noise distribution.The colloid constitutive parameters required for colloid tensile test solution modeling were carried out.Based on the statics test and free modal test,the tire contour diameter,section width and the first 9 order modal information for subsequent model verification were obtained.The cross section of the tire was drawn and the two-dimensional mesh was divided by CAD and Hypermesh software simultaneously.The.inp file was written to drive the Abaqus software to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the tire,and the inflation process and free mode were simulated and analyzed.The validity of the tire finite element model is verified by comparing the simulated and measured values.The modal simulation results of tire under multiple operating conditions were analyzed to explore the cavity resonance frequency separation characteristics.Load and rolling are both determinants of air-frequency separation.Rolling dominates air-frequency separation.The separation trend increases linearly with the increase of vehicle speed,and the linearity is inversely proportional to the cavity radius.The acoustic model of tire vibration noise was established and the modal acoustic transfer vector MATV was used to calculate the vibration noise of inside and outside tire sound field.The noise spectrum response curves of different acoustic field points were analyzed to study the distribution of cavity resonance noise in the sound field inside and outside the tire,and to explore the influence of filling gas on cavity resonance noise distribution.
