| With the rapid development of modern information technology,"Internet +government services" has become an important way for national government departments to improve the level of government services and improve management efficiency.In March 2018,the Maritime Safety Administration of H Province studied and approved the Creation Plan of "Internet + Government Services",which promoted the establishment of "Internet + government services" of H Province Maritime Safety Administration to enter a new stage of rapid development.The overall government services work centered on the construction of "Internet + government services" platform,and made every effort to improve the quality and level of government services of H Province Maritime Safety Administration.At present,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out relevant research on the optimization of "Internet + government services" of H Province Maritime Safety Administration.This paper takes the optimization of "Internet + government service" of H Province Maritime Safety Bureau as the research object,adopts research methods such as literature research method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire survey method,comprehensively applies the theory of new public service and service-oriented government,takes the construction and operation status of "Internet + government service" of H Province Maritime Safety Bureau as the entry point,and combines the investigation and analysis results.It finds out the existing problems in the five aspects of imperfect platform construction,insufficient data sharing,low awareness of the public,weak ability of handling personnel and imperfect supervision mechanism,and points out that the main causes of these problems are insufficient construction of hardware and software,barriers to data flow,inadequate publicity,imperfect training and incentive mechanism,and insufficient supervision.Finally,the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of strengthening software and hardware construction,perfecting sharing and coordination mechanism,improving application popularization,building talent team and perfecting supervision mechanism. |
