| In this paper,the properties and applications of iron-graphite and iron-nickel soft magnetic composite materials based on cement are studied,and the magnetic properties of the materials are analyzed.The cement-based composite material is used to replace the silicon steel sheet in transformer as a new magnetic core material,which shows that the material has great economic benefits and stable working performance.By measuring the temperature change of each part of the transformer and the output voltage value,the experiment analyzes the stable working ability of the transformer,and through the calculation of voltage ratio and voltage ratio error,the empirical coefficient of the transformer with magnetic core of different materials is obtained.Finally,the optimal components of ferrographite and ferronickel soft magnetic composites are obtained by using grey system theory and comprehensive price.No-load experiments were carried out on new ferrographite and ferronickel soft magnetic concrete composite transformers with different proportions and different replacement amount of magnetic core.The results show that the maximum replacement rate of soft magnetic composite for transformers with different proportions of magnetic core materials is 30% under the condition of ensuring the stable and normal operation of transformers,and under the condition of 10% ~ 30% replacement amount,The temperature change of each part of the composite transformer is within the allowable range,and the output voltage value is relatively stable.For the transformer under the replacement amount of 40% or more,the temperature rises too fast,which cannot meet the needs of the normal operation of the transformer.Based on the maximum substitution rate,using the grey system theory and combined with the calculation results of grey comprehensive correlation degree,the transformers with different ratio and different replacement amount of magnetic core were quantitatively analyzed,and the best group of iron-graphite soft magnetic concrete composite transformers was obtained as follows: replacement amount 20%,ratio 1:6:2;The optimal group of ferronickel soft magnetic concrete composite transformer is divided into: replacement quantity 20% ratio 1:2:4.After comprehensive comparative analysis of ferrographite soft magnetic concrete composite and ferronickel soft magnetic concrete composite,the optimal scheme of the two is obtained: the replacement amount of 20% and the ratio of 1:6:2ferrographite soft magnetic concrete composite. |
