With the development of our country's economy,building energy consumption in China is increasing year by year,about 35% of China's total energy consumption.Construction industry is facing urgent transformation and upgrading,vigorously develop Green Building Materials,increase the reuse of waste,assembly building also came into being.A new type of assembled GFRP slab-iron tailings concrete composite floor is presented in this paper.Compared with the traditional composite floor,the assembled composite floor has the advantages of light weight,corrosion resistance,good fatigue resistance and convenient construction.In addition,the assembled GFRP iron tailings concrete composite floor has better environmental,economic and social benefits by using iron tailings concrete.In this paper,the composite floor is analyzed and studied.The composite floor consists of two parts: the GFRP floor(including GFRP-T rib plate and GFRP-U shaped plate)and the iron tailings concrete poured on the GFRP floor.The research on this composite plate mainly includes the following aspects:1?On the basis of the research group,To further improve the brittleness of iron tailings concrete,further mix ratio design and basic mechanical properties test were carried out.The content of silica fume,fly ash,slag powder and polypropylene fiber was determined.The cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of iron tailings concrete were measured.The construction mix proportion suitable for this composite floor is selected.2?The experimental study on GFRP slab-iron tailings concrete composite floor is carried out.Taking the form of GFRP floor,the interface bond form between GFRP board and iron tailings concrete,and the spacing between the reinforcing bars of GFRP floor as variables,the influence of each variable on the mechanical properties of composite slabs is judged.3?Through the experimental study and theoretical analysis of GFRP slab-iron tailings concrete composite slab,the formulas for calculating the flexural capacity of the normal section and the longitudinal horizontal shear bond of the composite floor are obtained.In the formulas for calculating the flexural bearing capacity of the normal section of the floor,reduction coefficient beta is 0.85.The calculation formula in the Code for Design and Construction of Composite Floor(CECS273:2010)is more suitable for calculating the longitudinal and horizontal shear bond of the composite floor than the m-k method.4?The construction technology of the assembled GFRP slab-iron tailings concrete composite floor is analyzed.The connection structure form of the composite floor and the key points of the concrete construction technology of the composite floor are given.Through the experimental study and theoretical analysis of the composite slab,this paper provides valuable research results for the future research and application of the composite structure of GFRP slab and concrete.
