The existing forearm fracture rehabilitation products have problems in poor function,form,appearance and other aspects,and cannot meet the changing needs of users,which leads to secondary injury and poor user experience in the rehabilitation process.By studying the adaptive design theory,an adaptive design method for forearm fracture rehabilitation.First of all,the product adaptive design elements are analyzed from the perspective of the three adaptive characteristics of culture,biology and system,and the correlation between user value,user demand and product adaptive design elements is studied based on the theory of method-purpose chain,so as to obtain the product adaptive design elements that can meet the needs of users.Subsequently,the adaptive design elements are divided into function,form and appearance according to the product attributes,and the modular architecture of the functional adaptive design elements;the dynamic adaptive design structure and the perceptual image design to realize appearance adaptability;finally,the design practice and subjective and objective evaluation,and the pressure measurement test evaluation of the function and appearance to verify the function and appearance adaptability.The adaptive design method of forearm fracture rehabilitation products can improve the adaptability of the product from multiple angles and improve the user experience of the product.The construction of the adaptive design method of forearm fracture rehabilitation products are useful for the application of adaptive design in the field of medical rehabilitation product design.
