As an important component of the revolute joint,the gap inevitably exists in practical engineering,resulting in a decrease in the performance of the mechanical system.The role of surface texture in improving the frictional performance of contact surfaces has been widely studied and verified,but the research combining the characteristics of gap revolute joint and surface texture technology is relatively lacking,which restricts the application of surface texture technology in improving the motion performance of gap containing mechanisms.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the textured gap revolute joint as the research object,establishes the contact and collision model of the textured gap revolute joint,and based on this,analyzes the influence of surface texture parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the gap containing mechanism,mainly carrying out the following work:(1)In order to analyze the influence of the structured gap revolute joint on lubrication,based on the Reynolds equation,a lubrication analysis model of the structured gap revolute joint is established according to the characteristics of the movement of the gap revolute joint.Then,considering the influence of the elastic deformation caused by the oil film pressure on the oil film pressure in the gap revolute joint,the lubrication analysis model is improved,and the lubrication situation in the gap revolute joint under different working conditions is simulated and calculated.The results show that when the elastic deformation is considered,the film thickness and oil film pressure distribution of the revolute joint are different from those without considering the elastic deformation,and the difference is more obvious under the large eccentricity.(2)Analyzing the changes in the rotational pair contact characteristics caused by the geometric shape differences between the structured gap and the non-structured gap in the contact collision process based on the structural characteristics of the gap revolute joint surface after structuring,a structuring gap rotational pair contact model is established.Based on the lubrication state theory,the lubrication transition force model is derived and a contact collision model of structuring gap rotational pair under lubrication condition is established.Combined with finite element software simulation experiments,the accuracy of the contact collision model established in this paper is verified.(3)Taking the crank slider mechanism with the woven structured gap as the research object,the contact force in the gap revolute joint is calculated by the contact model established in this paper and dynamic simulation is carried out.Qualitatively analyze the effect of gap and surface weave parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the gap mechanism from multiple angles(gap size,weave area,weave density).
