In recent years,People’s demand for railway transportation is increasing,which shows steady economic development and social stability.The intermediate station is responsible for loading,unloading,carrying,keeping and delivery of goods,and plays an important role in transportation organization.At the present stage,the number of intermediate stations,widespread,shunting operation safety accidents outstanding,affecting the quality of railway operation.The safe and stable development of the railway is one of the factors to consolidate the foundation of the country.In this thesis,the shunting operation of the intermediate station of a depot is studied in depth,and it is found that there is little research on shunting safety risk assessment,and the risk identification method is single,and the identification is not comprehensive enough,security risk classification is not clear,management measures are not detailed.Lead to outstanding safety problems,safety evaluation and management system needs to be improved.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the actual shunting process of a intermediate station in a depot,the shunting process is decomposed into 7 operation links and 19 steps by using WBS(work breakdown structure),RBS(risk decomposition structure)is used to decompose the risk factors according to personnel,equipment,environment and management.The decomposition index is derived from 16 causes of all shunting accidents in intermediate stations in the past 11 years.WBS-RBS constructs the recognition matrix,uses the expert score method,the literature investigation method to identify the 70 kinds of risk items in the shunting operation of the intermediate station of a depot,and lists the risk list,using SPSS 22.0 to calculate Krumbach alpha coefficient,the reliability test results were credible,and the risk points were used as evaluation indicators.(2)Constructing a new evaluation system,choosing analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the shunting safety risk index weight,LEC to determine the risk level weight of each index,combined with each index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the risk grade of the risk index,and the shunting safety risk is evaluated in a middle station of a depot.The feasibility of the modified method is verified.(3)According to the evaluation results,6 risk indexes need to be rectified and 4risk indexes need to be rectified immediately.According to these 10 risk indicators,24 practical control measures were put forward for personnel,environment,equipment and management factors.Through the study of shunting operation safety in actual intermediate station,a complete safety evaluation and control system is put forward,which provides a new idea for shunting operation safety identification,evaluation and control in intermediate station.Through the study of shunting operation Safety Risk in actual intermediate station,a complete safety evaluation and control system is put forward,which provides a new idea for shunting operation safety identification,evaluation and control in intermediate station. |
