| With the acceleration of urbanization construction in our country and the rapid development of building technology,the drawbacks of traditional buildings,such as high energy consumption,long construction cycles,and serious pollution,are gradually becoming evident.Prefabricated construction,as a transformative direction for traditional construction methods,is highly compatible with the needs of our country’s sustainable development strategy.It can make significant contributions to achieving the goal of "carbon neutrality" in China and has received increasing attention.However,so far,prefabricated construction is still an emerging industry in our country and is in the initial stage of development.Compared with traditional construction,prefabricated construction has differences in the construction process,construction speed,quality control,and more stakeholders involved.Therefore,its supply chain system is more complex than traditional construction,and the possibility of supply chain risks is higher.The EPC model holds a pivotal position in the management of construction projects.This article focuses on the research of supply chain risk management of prefabricated construction under the EPC model.Through identifying and analyzing supply chain risks,the purpose is to reduce risks.First,the article explores the background and significance of the research topic,reviews and evaluates related literature,and determines the research methods and technical route of the article.Second,it discusses the relevant theories of EPC model,prefabricated construction,and supply chain risk management.Third,it applies the SCOR model to identify internal risk factors in the prefabricated construction supply chain,uses literature statistical methods to sort out and screen external risk factors in the supply chain,establishes an initial risk list,and determines the final risk list through expert investigation.Fourth,an indicator system is established based on the risk identification results;the calculation method for indicator weights is determined;and a supply chain risk assessment model is constructed.Fifth,risk control countermeasures are proposed.Finally,practical operations are performed on actual cases,and targeted risk control measures are proposed. |
