BIM technology,which is an essential engine for intelligent construction,has been extensively studied and applied in railway construction,yielding numerous research results,but still suffers from low model construction efficiency and insufficient technical landing.Current domestic BIM technology is still limited to the level of BIM molding and 3D visual displays,and lacks deeper applications in difficult and painful points of project construction,such as steel cost control,active design of temporary structures,and organizational planning.In this paper,the deepening research and application of BIM technology for the project is adopted with the new northern extension line of GQ Yan hu New Town Station and access line as the engineering background,and the main contents are as follows:(1)The overall project is structurally divided by analyzing the structural characteristics of the station and its attached bridges,and analyzing its geometric structure information,line information and comprehensive arrangement information.The RBCCE modeling platform and Revit+Dynamo secondary development were used to enable the construction of a high-precision G4-level model for the project.Based on this model,BIM+VR visualization demonstrations,quantitative statistics,graph review and pre-planning,and other deepened applications of BIM techniques can be performed.(2)By interpreting the structure form and arrangement law of the beam,plate and column reinforcement in the plain drawing set,the steel modeling method of RBCCE station house is adopted to realize the construction of the steel model of the main structure of the station.Combined with the created rebar model,engineering calculations,rebar turning samples and rebar batching analysis were performed to provide data support for subsequent organizational planning.(3)The station building floor slabs,main beams and secondary beams are many and large in scale.The use of coiled buckles for construction requires repeated program selection in order to obtain an optimized program that satisfies both mechanical and specification requirements and site construction conditions.In this study,a set of BIM technology-based bracket forward design method and bracket scheme evaluation index is established through the research on the design method of coiled buckle bracket,which can quickly carry out scheme selection,mechanical calculation,bracket form design,scheme preference,quick calculation and static cost analysis of this scheme.(4)Adopting BIM technology to manage the project is the key content of deepening the application of BIM technology.Different engineering objects have different BIM technical organization and management solutions.In this paper,we explore a schedule-oriented,cost-oriented,and management-oriented auxiliary decision-making system for engineering construction by analyzing the management patterns of on-site construction.Combined with the BIM technique,a constructive organizational model is established and correlated with the work volume and resource allocation calculated in the previous two sections.The resource optimization approach is used for agile adjustment of schedule plans to guide construction on site.
