| With the continuous improvement of the technical level of railway equipment in my country,heavy-duty maintenance machinery such as track renewal train is widely used in the railway industry.Among them,the use of track renewal train for sleeper replacement construction has become the most important operation method in the whole railway industry.Due to the numerous construction procedures and complex construction procedures for the sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train,the construction safety risk is relatively high,resulting in frequent construction safety accidents.Therefore,it is very important to study the safety risk management of sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train,which is of great importance to promote the safety and stability of railway construction.The research object of this thesis is the sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train on Beijing-Harbin Railway.The thesis is divided into six parts to be discussed.First,the research background and the significance of the thesis are discussed,and based on the current research situation at home and abroad,the research content and research methods of this thesis are determined.Second,relevant theories of safety risk management of sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train are discussed,including the concept of sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train,and related theories of risk management,etc.Third,this thesis uses the risk checklist method and the brainstorming method to identify risks.Fourth,based on the risk identification,a safety risk evaluation index system for the sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train on Beijing-Harbin Railway is constructed,including4 first-level risk indicators and 18 second-level risk indicators,then this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of risk evaluation indicators,and carry out risk evaluation through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fifth,according to the risk evaluation results,this thesis puts forward targeted risk control measures.Finally,the main research content of this thesis is summarized and prospected.Through the risk identification and risk evaluation of the sleeper replacement construction of track renewal train on Beijing-Harbin Railway,the thesis concludes the safety risk level of the construction project is a general safety risk,which is an unacceptable risk,proves the necessity of risk management of the construction project,and puts forward risk control measures from four aspects: construction personnel,machinery and equipment,engineering environment and management system,in order to reduce the risk level,prevent risk escalation,and ensure safe production. |
