The overhaul train is a large-scale maintenance equipment which integrates mechanical sleeper changing and rail changing.At present,the DXC-500 overhaul train,which is jointly manufactured by Xiangyang Golden Eagle Company and Harsco Rail Company of the United States,is the largest number and most widely used.As the equipment is the first generation of domestic products,the stability and efficiency of the equipment can not achieve the expected.Combined with the actual situation of the construction site,we have improved the mechanism which affects the stability and operation efficiency of the overhaul train,and optimized the operation mode and construction organization.Therefore,based on the problem-oriented thinking,this paper studies the stability and operation efficiency of DXC-500 line overhaul train.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Combined with the actual operation of DXC-500 overhaul train in Wuhan largescale maintenance machinery operation and maintenance section,the operation principle,construction method and construction organization optimization are introduced.(2)This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the stability and operation efficiency of gantry crane of DXC-500 line overhaul train,such as the driving mode of gantry crane running leg,the cooling effect of hydraulic system,the transport capacity of sleeper,and the installation mode of sleeper transporter passing through bridge,and puts forward the corresponding improvement ideas,which lays a foundation for further optimization design and transformation.Set the foundation.(3)In order to ensure the stability of the train operation,the optimization of the integral structure of the gantry crane and the bridge of the DXC-500 line overhaul train is studied.In addition,the relationship between the operation mode of single gantry crane and operation efficiency is analyzed,and the feasibility of double gantry crane operation is discussed.(4)Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate different working conditions,the strength of the modified gantry crane frame structure was verified,and the stress of the bridge was analyzed.In addition,the AMESIM hydraulic simulation model is established to simulate and analyze the relevant design results for the retrofitting scheme of gantry crane running drive hydraulic system.Through the above analysis,the rationality of the transformation result is verified.
