| As a core element of the urban and rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance system,the ancient city carries a profound historical memory,humanistic spirit,and also plays an important role in production and life.In the context of cultural rejuvenation strategy and historical and cultural protection and inheritance,the protection of the ancient city is extremely important.However,the current way of protecting the heritage of the Built environment,symbol reproduction or form imitation can not reveal the core value of the ancient city,nor can it be well connected with the local planning practice.In the development of ancient cities,only historical heritage has been protected and preserved,while issues such as "one thousand cities,one side,and a similar style" are increasingly prominent.Urban spatial characteristics are the distinctive spatial characteristics that distinguish a city’s physical environment form from other cities.They are the most intuitive and highly recognizable spatial features in urban space,emphasizing spatial mapping and experience.For ancient cities,protecting and inheriting spatial characteristics is the core essence of their future development.In this regard,this paper will take Tongshan Ancient City,a famous historical and cultural town in Fujian Province,which is rich in historical Cultural resource management but has gradually dissipated its spatial characteristics as the object,and carry out research from two aspects:the identification of the spatial characteristics of Tongshan Ancient City and its planning and inheritance,in order to achieve the protection and inheritance of Tongshan Ancient City.In terms of spatial feature identification,first of all,through the summary of relevant research on urban spatial features in the planning field at home and abroad,combined with the rich cultural resources and distinctive spatial features of Tongshan Ancient City,the identification idea of "scene selection-feature identification-factor analysis" was proposed to build a multi-scale,multi type and multi angle spatial feature identification system.(Multi scale refers to the selection of characteristic scenes for the overall layout,ancient city itself,and courtyard buildings at multiple scales;multi type refers to the identification of spatial characteristics for mountain sea city relationships,street and lane networks,courtyard spaces,and other types;multi angle refers to the analysis of multi angle feature factors for constituent elements,combination rules,and influencing factors.)Furthermore,7 types of spatial characteristics and 17 types of feature factors at three scales of Tongshan Ancient City are identified,Build a complete spatial characteristic map of Tongshan Ancient City.In terms of spatial characteristic planning and inheritance,based on the multi-objective collaborative spatial characteristic planning and inheritance approach of"based on protection premise-responding to practical problems-oriented towards innovative development",a spatial characteristic planning and inheritance system for Tongshan Ancient City is constructed.Starting from the three levels of macro pattern demonstration,meso structure control,and micro style shaping,four planning and inheritance methods are adopted for the ecological pattern,landscape,spatial layout,street and alley systems,public spaces,courtyard buildings,and landscape systems,including feature replication,feature enhancement,feature restoration,and feature translation.One or more methods are adopted for different spatial characteristics in different systems,Propose corresponding planning and inheritance measures.Finally,through the integration of planning and design methods,the inheritance and continuation of the spatial characteristics of Tongshan Ancient City will be achieved in various spatial systems,in order to provide a certain reference for the future development of Tongshan Ancient City. |
