| With the continuous deepening of China’s medical device industry system reform,the development trend of China’s medical device industry is steadily improving and has gradually developed into the second largest international medical device market,and still has a good growth momentum today.Although China’s medical device industry has a good development prospect,but also faces some problems.On the one hand,due to the late start of China’s medical device industry in general,the domestic technology is generally backward compared with the developed countries in Europe and the United States and is facing a variety of technology blockade,China’s medical device industry is facing greater difficulties and pressure on the production and innovation of medical devices.On the other hand,the education level,daily experimental,research environment and talent training system of China’s medical device industry,especially the excellent talent training system,also have a certain gap compared with foreign countries.The above two reasons have caused the product structure of China’s medical device enterprises to mainly focus on lowend and mid-range product lines,and the level of competitiveness is relatively insufficient.This study takes M medical device company as the main research object,explores the influence mechanism of customer perceived value on the competitiveness of medical device company,and discusses and analyzes each competitiveness evaluation index based on customer perceived value.From the four aspects of advocating the corporate culture of "customer first",creating an active customer service department,building an efficient cross-departmental cooperation mechanism,and implementing the "people-oriented" performance evaluation method,the competitiveness improvement strategy of Company M was expounded,and the guarantee measures for improving the competitiveness of Company M were proposed from the perspectives of top management leadership,enterprise system guarantee and innovation environment guarantee.This thesis grasps the opportunity of national vigorous development of medical instruments and equipment manufacturing industry,studies China’s medical instruments and equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of combining theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative,explores the factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of customer perceived value,helps enterprises to continuously improve their own competitiveness in the fierce market environment,and promotes long-term,healthy.It is worthwhile to discuss and study the issue in depth. |
