| Under the background of the new rural construction,the construction of agricultural houses in the Loess Plateau area is in a period of rapid growth,and the demand for housing construction is very strong.However,the traditional construction materials and construction methods have been unable to meet the needs of large-scale and rapid construction in the region and the higher requirements of farmers for housing quality.Light steel structure prefabricated building has the advantages of light weight,short construction period and small environmental disturbance,which is an important option to realize the construction of rural modernization in Huangshang Plateau area.At present,there is insufficient research on the design of light steel structure prefabricated farm house in China,and the lack of unified standards and norms,which leads to the problems such as complex design process,high cost,poor universality of components and accessories,and it is difficult to give full play to the advantages of industrial production,limiting its promotion in rural areas.Therefore,the standardized study of farmhouse space is the premise and foundation of realizing industrial production and assembly construction.Building space is the core of the building,which determines the specifications and types of components.Through the standardized design of space,the types of components and accessories can be simplified,the factory production,and the assembly construction can be realized,so as to better promote the prefabricated farm house of light steel structure.Therefore,this paper takes the agricultural houses in the Loess Plateau area as the research object,starts from the concept of "interframe" in the traditional residential space construction,and inherits and develops it with the light steel structure system.At the same time,combined with the modern production and life style,the standardized design of the light steel prefabricated farm house space in the Loess Plateau area is studied according to the local conditions.To explore the scientific and feasible spatial standardization system suitable for this area,and carry out specific design and application on this basis,in order to provide suggestions for the space standardization design of light steel prefabricated farm houses in the Loess Plateau area,and make good technical reserve for the realization of rural modernization in this area.The first chapter is the background introduction and related theoretical research.Firstly,it explains the feasibility of developing light steel prefabricated farm house in loess Plateau area and the necessity of space standardization design,and explains the relevant concepts;secondly,it systematically summarizes the research and practice of light steel structure housing at home and abroad,and puts forward the research method and technical path of this paper.The second chapter is the standardization of traditional residential space in the Loess Plateau.Firstly,the paper analyzes the diversification characteristics based on the standardization of the traditional dwellings,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent research and spatial standardization design.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of rural residential space in the Loess Plateau area.Through the field research and data collection,explore the current situation and development trend of farmhouse space from the perspectives of courtyard space,architectural space and structural space,and the problems to be solved are classified and analyzed,so as to provide the direction and basis for the formulation of subsequent standardized design strategies.The fourth chapter is the study on the standardization strategy of light steel prefabricated farm house space in loess Plateau area.First of all,the objectives and principles of standardized design of farmhouse space in loess Plateau are clarified.Secondly,combining the industrialization method with the traditional residential "frame" system,the design strategy of light steel prefabricated farm house space standardization suitable for the loess Plateau area is proposed from the two aspects of space standardization and structure standardization.The fifth chapter is the standardized design of light steel prefabricated farm house space in the Loess Plateau area.According to the strategy proposed in chapter 4,the specific standardization design is carried out.Taking a head of a young couple as an example,the design application is conducted to verify the feasibility and rationality of space standardization design. |
